Abstract

본 고안은 야외용이나 차량 정비용으로 사용하는 손전등 기능을 겸하는 다기능 스톱램프 구조에 관한 것으로서, 스톱램프가 손전등 기능을 겸하도록 하여 평상시 자동차 주행중에는 스톱램프 기능을 하도록 하되, 야외에 나갔을 때나 자동차 주행중 야간에 고장이 났을 경우 손전등으로 사용토록 하여 두가지 기능을 겸할 수 있도록 다기능의 스톱램프 구조를 제공함에 그 목적이 있는 것으로, 스톱램프(S) 후방에 손잡이를 형성하고 상부에는 건전지 수납부를 형성하였으며, 전면으로는 상ㆍ하로 스라이드되는 레드필터를 형성하되, 레드필터 내측에는 렌즈를 형성하고 손잡이에는 스위치를 형성함에 특징이 있는 것이다.

본 고안은 다기능의 스톱램프 구조에 관한 것으로서, 특히 야외용이나 차량 정비용으로 사용하는 손전등 기능을 겸하는 스톱램프 구조에 관한 것이다.
종래, 자동차의 하이 스톱램프는 자동차 후방 유리의 내측에 설치되어 브레이크 경고등과 동시에 점등됨으로서 후미차량에게 정지신호를 보내는 것으로, 단순히 스톱램프의 기능만 갖고 있어, 야외용이나 차량 정비용으로 사용하는 손전등은 별도로 구비하여야 하는 번거로운 문제점이 있었고, 혹 손전등을 구비하지 못하였을 경우 야간에 자동차가 고장나게 되면 차량정비에 많은 애로점이 있었다.
본 고안은 이와 같은 제반 문제점을 해결하기 위한 것으로 스톱램프가 손전등 기능을 겸하도록 하여 평상시 자동차 주행중에는 스톱램프 기능을 하도록 하되, 야외에 나갔을 때나 자동차 주행중 야간에 고장이 났을 경우 손전등으로 사용토록 하여 두가지 기능을 겸할 수 있도록 한 다기능의 스톱램프 구조를 제공함에 그 목적이 있는 것이다.
본 고안은 상기한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 스톱램프(S) 후방에 손잡이를 형성하고 상부에는 건전지 수납부를 형성하였으며, 전면으로는 상ㆍ하로 스라이드되는 레드필터를 형성하되, 레드필터 내측에는 렌즈를 형성하고 손잡이에는 스위치를 형성함에 특징이있는 것이다.
이하, 본 고안의 구성을 첨부된 도면과 관련하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
제1도는 본 고안의 사시도이고 제2도는 일부 단면 구성도이며, 제3도는 전기 회로도로서, 후방에 회지용 손잡이(1)를 형성하고 전반에는 레드필터(2)를 형성한 스톱램프 (S)의 상면에 밧데리 수납부(3)를 형성하여 덮개(4)로 개폐되게 하며, 상기 레드필터 (2)는 양측단이 가이드 홈(2')에 결합되어 상ㆍ하로 스라이드되고, 레드필터(2)의 내측에는 내면소켓(5)에 접속되어 접속 유니트(6)와 손잡이(1)상의 스위치(7)가 전기적으로 연결되는 전구(8)의 빛을 확산시켜주는 렌즈(9)를 형성하여서 된 것으로, 도면중 미설명 부호 10은 변환스위치, 11은 자동차 밧데리에 연결되는 스톱램프 유니트, 12는 밧데리, 13은 자동차 후방유리이다.
위와 같이 구성된 본 고안의 작용 및 효과를 설명하면 다음과 같다.
먼저, 본 고안은 제4도 (a)에서와 같이 평상시 자동차 주행중에는 자동차 후방유리 (13)의 내측에 설치되어 스톱램프(S)로 사용되는 것인 바, 스톱램프(S)로 사용될 경우는 제3도 (b)에서와 같이 손잡이(1)상의 스위치(7)와는 무관하게 변환 스위치(10)의 OFF 상태에서 접속 유니트(6)가 스톱램프 유니트(11)와 접속되면서 전구(8)가 점등되어 렌즈(9)를 통해 레드필터(2)를 밝혀 후미차량에게 정지신호를 보냄은 통상의 스톱램프(S)와 같은 방식이다.
한편, 야외 등지나 야간 주행중 자동차가 고장났을 때 손전등으로 사용할 경우인데, 이때는 스톱램프(S)의 접속 유니트(6)를 스톱램프 유니트(11)에서 탈거시킨 후, 레드필터(2)를 가이드 홈(2')을 따라 상측으로 이동시켜 렌즈(9)가 바로 노출되게 한 상태에서 손잡이(1)상의 스위치(7)를 ON시키게 되면 제3도 (a)에서와 같이 밧데리(12)의 전원에 의해 변환 스위치(10)가 ON되면서 전구(8)가 점등되어 전구(8)의 불빛이 렌즈(9)를 통해 외부로 확산되면서 통상의 손전등으로 사용하게 되는 것이다.
이상과 같은 본 고안은 스톱램프가 손전등 기능을 겸하도록 하여 평상시 자동차 주행중에는 스톱램프 기능을 하도록 하되, 야외에 나갔을때나 자동차 주행중 야간에 고장이 났을 경우는 손전등으로 사용토록 하여 두가지 기능을 겸할 수 있도록 한 매우 유용한 고안인 것이다.

  1. 후방에 회지용 손잡이(1)를 형성하고 전반에는 레드필터(2)를 형성한 스톱램프(S)의 상면에 밧데리 수납부(3)를 형성하여 덮개(4)로 개폐되게 하며, 상기 레드필터(2)는 양측단이 가이드 홈(2')에 결합되어 상ㆍ하로 스라이드되고, 레드필터(2)의 내측에는 내면소켓(5)에 접속되어 접속 유니트(6)와 손잡이(1)상의 스위치(7)가 전기적으로 연결되는 전구(8)의 빛을 확산시켜주는 렌즈(9)를 형성하면서 됨을 특징으로 하는 다기능 스톱램프의 구조.
