Abstract
Description
Claims (9)
- (a) 주로 방향족 디카르복실산 또는 그것의 에스테르 형성 유도체로 이루어진 성분.(b) 주로 지방족 글리콜 또는 그것의 에스테르 형성 유도체로 이루어진 성분 및(C) 에스테르 형성 할로겐화 화합물로 주로 이루어진 모노머들의 축중합으로 제조되고, 할로겐의 함량이 0.5 내지 30중량%인 코폴리에스테르(A)와,(a)' 주로 방향족 디카르복실산 또는 그것의 에스테르 형성 유도체로 이루어진 성분,(b)' 주로 지방족 글리콜 또는 그것의 에스테르 형성 유도체로 이루어진 성분 및(d) 분지하는 화합물로 주로 이루어진 모노머들의 축중합으로 제조되고, 상기 분지하는 화합물(d)를 0.001 내지 0.5몰%(폴리에스테르의 카르보닐기 총량을 기준으로) 함유하는 분지된 폴리머로 이루어진 코폴리에스테르(B)와를 용융 혼합하여 제조한 난연성 할로겐화 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물에 있어서, 폴리에스테르(B)의 함량비가 코폴리에스테르(A)와 (B)의 총량을 기준으로 0.1 내지 50중량%인 난연성 할로겐화 폴리에스테르 수지조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 지방족 글리콜(b)와 (b)'가 C2-8의 저분자량 글리콜류 및/또는 분자량 200 내지 4000인 폴리알킬렌옥사이드글리콜류인 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 C2-8의 저분자량 글리콜이 에틸렌글리콜, 1,4-부틸렌 글리콜 및 1,4-부텐 글리콜 중에서 선택된 하나 또는 그 이상의 성분인 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 에스테르 형성 할로겐화 화합물(C)가 4개 이상의 할로겐원자를 갖는 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 할로겐이 브롬인 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 코폴리에스테르(B)에 대한 반응시작 모노머에 에스테르 형성 할로겐화 화합물(C)가 더 첨가된 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물에 안정제를 0.01 내지 3중량%(조성물의 총량을 기준으로) 더 첨가하여 제조한 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항, 제 2 항, 제 3 항, 제 4 항, 제 5 항, 제 6 항 또는 제 7 항에 따른 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물로 이루어진 피복 물질로 피복한 전선.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 전선이 저전압용인 전선.
