Abstract
Description
Claims (12)
- (a) 주로 방향족 디카르복실산 또는 그것의 에스테르 형성 유도체로 이루어진 성분, (b) 주로 지방족 글리콜 또는 그것의 에스테르 형성 유도체로 이루어진 성분 및 (c) 할로겐 함유 에스테르 형성 화합물로 이루어진 성분을 중축합시켜 제조하고, 할로겐 함량의 0.5 내지 30중량%인 난연성 방향족 폴리에스테르 공중합체(A)에, 분자내에 하나이상의 카르보디이미드 화합물(B)가 조성물의 총량을 기준으로 0.1 내지 10중량%배합되어 이루어지는 할로겐 함유 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(b)로서 상기 지방족 글리콜이 2 내지 8개의 탄소원자를 갖는 저분자량 글리콜인 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(b)로서 상기 지방족 글리콜 탄소원자가 2 내지 8개인 저분자량 글리콜과, 분자량 200 내지 4000인 알킬렌 옥사이드 글리콜 혼합물인 수지 조성물.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 2 내지 8개인 상기 저분자량 글리콜이 에틸렌 글리콜, 1, 4-부틸렌 글리콜 및 1, 4-부텐 글리콜 가운데서 선택한 적어도 한 성분인 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(c)로서 상기 할로겐 함유 에스테르 형성 화합물이 할로겐화 디카르복실산 또는 할로겐화 글리콜 및 그것들의 유도체인 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 성분 (c)로서 상기 할로겐 함유 에스테르 형성 화합물이 분자당 4 또는 그 이상의 탄소원자를 갖는 수지 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 할로겐이 브롬인 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분 (B)로서 상기 카르보디이미드 화합물인 분자량 194 또는 그 이상을 갖는 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수지 조성물의 조성물이 총량을 기준으로 0.1 내지 3중량%의 안정제를 더 함유하는 수지 조성물.
- (a) 주로 방향족 디카르복실산 또는 그것의 에스테르 형성 유도체로 이루어진 성분. (b) 주로 지방족 글리콜 또는 그것의 에스테르 형성 유도체로 이루어진 성분 및 (c) 할로겐 함유 에스테르 형성 화합물로 이루어진 성분을 중축합시켜 제조하고, 할로겐의 함량이 0.5 내지 30중량%인 난연성 방향족 폴리에스테르 공중합체(A)에, 분자내에 하나 이상의 카르보디이미드기를 갖는 하나 이상의 종류의 카르보디이미드 화합물 (B)가 조성물의 총량을 기준으로 0.1 내지 10중량%가 배합되어 이루어지는 할로겐 함유 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물로 되는 피복물질을 도선의 표면에 피복하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전선.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 할로겐이 브롬인 전선.
- 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서, 상기 전선이 저전압용인 전선.
