Claims (19)

- 제2항에 있어서, 부직 웹이 약 0.5 내지 약 5.00 온스/yd2의 기본 중량을 가지며, 와이퍼는 웹 중량에 대하여 적어도 약 500중량% 오일의 오일 용량을 갖는 와이퍼.
- 제4항에 있어서, 부직 웹이 약 1.89온스/yd2의 기본 중량을 갖는 와이퍼.
- 제2항에 있어서, 와이퍼의 양 표면이 부풀은 영역을 갖는 다수의 부풀은 표면 영역을 갖는 와이퍼.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기의 적어도 하나의 부풀은 영역이 웹의 밑면에서부터 웹의 z방향으로 부풀은 영역의 가장 확장된 섬유까지 측정하여 약 0.0075 내지 약 0.125인치의 평균 높이를 갖는 와이퍼.
- 제2항에 있어서, 부풀은 영역의 수가 평균 6 내지 400/인치2인 와이퍼.
- 제8항에 있어서, 부풀은 영역의 수가 평균 약 100/인치2인 와이퍼.
- 부직 웹을 제공하는 단계; 다수의 가열되지 않은 핀을 갖는 제1로울러와 다수의 그에 대응하는 오리피스를 갖는 제2로울러를 포함하는 닙 로울러 배열을 제공하는 단계; 일반적으로 천공에 인접한 섬유들이 실질적으로 결합되지 않은, 천공을 한정하는 표면 영역 각각을 갖는 다수의 부풀은 표면 영역을 웹상에 형성하기 위해 웹을 닙 로울러 배열을 통과하게 하는 단계; 로 이루어진 천공된 부풀은 표면을 갖는 부직 웹을 형성하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 각각의 핀이 약 0.030 내지 0.250인치의 축직경을 갖는 방법.
- 제11항에 잇어서, 핀의 축 직경이 약 0.72인치인 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 각각의 핀이 홈 각도가 약 45도 내지 약 90도 범위내인 모깍인 끝을 갖는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 웹을 관통하는 핀의 관통 깊이가 약 0.015 내지 0.220인치 범위인 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 핀이 금속으로 이루어진 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 핀이 스테인레스 스틸인 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 오리피스 직경이 그에 대응하는 핀 축의 직경보다 적어도 0.010 인치 더 큰 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 부풀은 영역이 웹의 양 표면으로부터 바깥쪽으로 확장되는 방법.
