Claims (9)

  1. 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)로 나타내는 티오 알칸노의 에스테르 도입 염화비닐 공중합체
    상기식에서, n은 1-5인 정수, x,y,z는 중량%로 50≤x≤90, 0≤y≤30, 0≤z≤30, 0≤t≤50.
  2. 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 염화비닐, 초산비닐, 비닐알코올 공중합체를 하기 일반식(Ⅲ)익 티오 알칸노의 산과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 일반식(Ⅰ)의 알칸노의 에스테르 도입 염화비닐공중합체 제조방법.
    HS(CH2)nCOOH (Ⅲ)
    상기식에서, n은 1~5인 정수, x,y,z는 중량%로 50≤x≤90, 0≤y≤30, 0≤z≤30, 0≤t≤50이다.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 산 촉매를 염화비닐, 초산비닐, 비닐알코올 공중합체 100중량부당 0.001~50 중량부 사용함을 특징으로 하는 티오 알칸노의 에스테르 도입 염화비닐 공중합체 제조방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 용매로 방향족 탄화수소, 케튼, C이상의 지방족 탄화수소 사용함을 특징으로 하는 티오알카노익 5에스테르 도입 염화비닐 공중합체 제조방법.
  5. 제2항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 용매의 양을 염화비닐, 초산비닐, 비닐알코올 공중합체 100중량당 2000중량부 이하 사용함을 특징으로 하는 티오 알칸노익 에스테르 도입 염화비닐 공중합체 제조방법.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 감압 반응 시킴을 특징으로 하는 티오 알칸노익 에스테르 도입 염화비닐 공중합체 제조방법.
  7. 제2항에 있어서, 반응 온도를 60~150℃로 함을 특징으로 하는 티오 알칸노익 에스테르 도입 염화비닐 공중합체 제조방법.
  8. 제2항에 있어서, 흡수제를 사용하여 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 티오 알칸노익 에스테르 도입 염화비닐 공중합체 제조방법.
  9. 제2항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 흡수제로서 염화칼슘, 마그네슘 설페이트, 분자체(Molecular Seive)를 사용하여 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 티오 알칸노익 에스테르 도입 염화비닐 공중합체 제조방법.
