Claims (9)
- 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)로 나타내는 티오 알칸노의 에스테르 도입 염화비닐 공중합체상기식에서, n은 1-5인 정수, x,y,z는 중량%로 50≤x≤90, 0≤y≤30, 0≤z≤30, 0≤t≤50.
- 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 염화비닐, 초산비닐, 비닐알코올 공중합체를 하기 일반식(Ⅲ)익 티오 알칸노의 산과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 일반식(Ⅰ)의 알칸노의 에스테르 도입 염화비닐공중합체 제조방법.HS(CH2)nCOOH (Ⅲ)상기식에서, n은 1~5인 정수, x,y,z는 중량%로 50≤x≤90, 0≤y≤30, 0≤z≤30, 0≤t≤50이다.
- 제2항에 있어서, 산 촉매를 염화비닐, 초산비닐, 비닐알코올 공중합체 100중량부당 0.001~50 중량부 사용함을 특징으로 하는 티오 알칸노의 에스테르 도입 염화비닐 공중합체 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 용매로 방향족 탄화수소, 케튼, C이상의 지방족 탄화수소 사용함을 특징으로 하는 티오알카노익 5에스테르 도입 염화비닐 공중합체 제조방법.
- 제2항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 용매의 양을 염화비닐, 초산비닐, 비닐알코올 공중합체 100중량당 2000중량부 이하 사용함을 특징으로 하는 티오 알칸노익 에스테르 도입 염화비닐 공중합체 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 감압 반응 시킴을 특징으로 하는 티오 알칸노익 에스테르 도입 염화비닐 공중합체 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 반응 온도를 60~150℃로 함을 특징으로 하는 티오 알칸노익 에스테르 도입 염화비닐 공중합체 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 흡수제를 사용하여 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 티오 알칸노익 에스테르 도입 염화비닐 공중합체 제조방법.
- 제2항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 흡수제로서 염화칼슘, 마그네슘 설페이트, 분자체(Molecular Seive)를 사용하여 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 티오 알칸노익 에스테르 도입 염화비닐 공중합체 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
