Claims (7)
- 일반식(VIII)의 화합물을, 실온에서 액체인 방향족 탄화수소 중에서 일반식(VIII)의 화합물을 기준으로 하여 일반식(X)의 촉매 1내지 10몰%존재하에 30내지 150℃의 온도에서 불활성 용매중에서 일반식(IX)의 화합물과 반응시킴으로써 일반식(I)의 1-옥사-3,8-디아자-4-옥소스피로[4,5]데칸 화합물의 제조방법.상기식에서, n은 1내지 4의 정수이고, R1은 수소, C1-C4-알킬, 벤질, 알릴, C2-C30-알카노일, C3-C30-알케노일, C7-C11-알로일, C8-C14-알릴아카노일 또는 C8-C20-알킬아릴이며, R2는 수도 또는 C1-C4-알킬이고, R3는 수소; C1-C18-알킬; C5-C12-사이클로알킬; 염소 또는 C1-C4-알킬에 의해 치완될 수 있는 페닐 또는 나프틸 그룹;또는 비치환되거나 C1-C4-알킬에 의해 치환된 C7-C12-페닐알킬 그룹이며, R4는 수소 C1-C4-알킬; C8-C12-사이클로아릴; COOH, 카브 C1-C4-알콕시 또는 카바모일에 의해 치된 C1-C3- 알케닐; C1-C4-알콕시 또는 C1-C4-알킬에 의해 치환될 수 있는 페닐, 나프틸 또는 피리딜 그룹; 또는 C1-C4-알킬에 의해 치환될 수 있는 C7-C12-페닐알킬 그룹이거나, 또는 R3및 R4는 이들을 연결하는 탄소 원자와 함께 1내지 4개의 C1-C4-알킬그룹에 의해 치환될 수 있는 사이클로 알킬 그룹, 또는 일반식(여기서, R1및 R2는 상기에서 정의한 바와같다)의 라디칼을 형성하고, R5는 수소, 메틸, 페닐, 또는 카브 C1-C31-알콕시이며, R6는 수소 또는 메틸이고, R7는, i)n이 1인 경우, 수소, C1-C21-알킬, C2-C22-알케닐, C7-C18-페닐알킬, C5-C12-사이클로알킬, 페닐, 나프틸, C7-C18-알킬페닐, 일반식(여기서, R1및 R2는 상기에서 정의한 바와같다)의 라디칼, -O-또는(여기서 R8은 수소 또는 C1-C10-알킬잉다)에 의해 차단되고. 되거나 일반식(여기서, R1,R2,R3,R4,R5,R6는 상기에서 정의한 바와 같다)의 라디칼 또는 C1-C21-알킬카복시에 의해 치환된 C2-C2-알킬이고, ii)n이 2인 경우, -O- 또는(여기서, R8은 상기 정의한 바와같다)에 의해 차단될 수 있는 직쇄 또는 측쇄 C1-C30-알킬렌 C2-C30-알케닐렌 또는 페닐디알킬렌이고, iii)n이 3또는 4인 경우, 구조식의 라디칼이고, M은 알카리 금속이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 방향족 탄화수소가 톨루엔 또는 크실렌인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 사용된 촉매가 일반식(VIII)의 화합물의 리튬 염, 나트륨 염 또는 칼륨 염인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 사용된 촉매가 일반시(VIII)의 화합물의 나트륨염인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 촉매가 일반식(IX)의 화합물을 가하기 전에 반응 혼합물중에서 동일반응계내에서 제조되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(VIII)의 화합물이 2,2,4,4-테트라메틸-7옥사-3,20-디아자-21-옥소디스피로(5,1,11,2)헤네이코산인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(IX)이 화합물이 라우릴 아크릴레이트 인 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
