Claims (9)

  1. 하기 일반식(Ⅰ) 또는 (Ⅰ')화합물:
    상기 식에서 X는 산소 또는 황원자이고, R1은 H,C1-C6알킬, C2-C6은 알케닐, C2-C6알키닐, C1-C6할로알킬,(C1-C4-알콕시)-C1-C4알킬, (C1-C6-알콕시)카보닐,아릴톡시카보닐, (C1-C6-알킬)아미노카보닐, 아릴 아미노카보닐, 페닐, 치환된 페닐 또는 아실이고, R2는 펜리 또는 치환된 페닐이고, R3는 서로 독립적으로 또는 아실이고, R2는 페닐 또는 치환된 페닐이고, R3는 서로 독립적으로H또는 C1-C5알킬이고, n은 0 내지 6의 정수이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, R1이 H, C1-C4-알킬, C2-C4알케닐, C2-C4알키닐, C1-C4할로알킬, (C1-C2-알콕시)-C1-C4-알킬, (C1-C4-알콕시)카보닐, (C1-C4-알킬)아미노카보닐, 페닐록시카보닐, 페닐아미노카보닐, 페닐(여기에서, 페닐록시카보닐, 페닐아미노카보닐 및 페닐 그룹은 각각의 경우 페닐 고리에서 비치환되거나 또는 할로겐, C1-C4-알킬, C1-C4할로알킬, C1-C4알콕시, C1-C4할로알콕시, 니트로, 카복실 및 카복실의 산 유도체를 포함하는 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 라디칼로 치환된다)이거나 또는 아실인 화합물.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, R2가 치환되지 않거나 또는 할로겐, 니트로 C1-C4-알킬, C1-C4-할로알킬 및 C1-C4-알킬설포닐을 포함하는 그룹중에서 선택된 1 내지 3개의 라디칼로 치환된 페닐인 화합물.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, R3라디칼이 서로 독립적으로 바람직하게 H또는 메틸이고, n이 0 내지 4의 정수인 화합물.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 정의한 일반식(Ⅰ)을 갖는 화합물.
  6. 염기의 존재하에서 a)하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 하기 일반식(Ⅲ)의 하이드라진 유도체와 반응시키거나, 또는 b)R1이 알킬인 일반식(Ⅰ)또는 (Ⅰ')의 화합물을 제조하는 경우, R1이 수소원자인 언급한 일반식(Ⅰ)또는 (Ⅰ')화합물을 적합한 알킬화제와 반응시키거나, 또는 c)일반식(Ⅰ')의 화합물을 제조하는 경우를 제외하고, 하기 일반식(Ⅳ)의 사이클로헥산-1,3-디온을 하기 일반식(Ⅴ)의 클로로하이드라존과 반응시켜 언급한 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 수득함을 포함하는, 제1항에서, 정의한 바와같은 일반식(Ⅰ)또는(Ⅰ')화합물의 제조방법 :
    상기 식에서, X는 산소 또는 황원자이고, R1은 H, C1-C6-알킬, C2-C6-알케닐,C2-C6알키닐, C1-C6할로알킬, (C1-C4-알콕시)-C1-C4알킬, (C1-C6-알콕시)카보닐,아릴톡시카보닐, (C1-C6-알킬)아미노카보닐, 아릴아미노카보닐, 페닐. 치환된 페닐 또는 아실이고, R2는 페닐 또는 치환된 페닐이고, R3는 서로 독립적으로 H또는 C1-C5알킬이고, n은 0 내지 6의 정수이다.
  7. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 청구된 일반식(Ⅰ)또는(Ⅰ')의 화합물과 통상적이 제형화 보조제를 함유하는 제초제.
  8. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 청구된 일반식(Ⅰ)또는 (Ⅰ')의 화합물의 제초제로의 용도.
  9. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 정의된 화합물 효과량을 식물, 식물의 종자, 또는 재배 지역에 적용함을 포함하는, 유해 식물을 선택적으로 방제하는 방법.
