Abstract

Claims (12)

  1. 하기 일반식의 화합물:
    (식에서 A는 임의로 치환된 알킬, 알케닐, 시클로알킬, 시클로알케닐, 아릴, 헤테로아릴, 아르알킬 또는 헤테로아르알킬 기를 나타내고; R1은 수소 원자 또는 아실 기를 나타내며; R2는 임의로 치환된 알킬, 알케닐, 아릴, 헤테로아릴, 아르알킬 또는 헤테로아르알킬 기를 나타낸다).
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 알킬, 알케닐, 시클로알킬 및 아르알킬, 헤테로아르알킬 및 아실기를 알킬 부분의 상기 임의의 치환체를 할로겐, 니트로, 시아노, 히드록실, C1-4알콕시, C1-4할로알콕시, (C1-4알콕시)카르보닐 기, 페닐, 아미노, 알킬- 및 페닐-설피닐, 페닐-설페닐 및 페닐-설포닐 기, 및 모노- 또는 디-(C1-4알킬)아미노 기를 구성하는 군으로부터 선택하고; 아릴 및 아르알킬, 헤테로아르알킬 및 아실 기의 헤테로아릴 부분의 상기 임의의 치환체를 할로겐, 니트로, 시아노, 아미노, 히드록실, C1-4할로알킬, C1-4알콕시 및 C1-4할로알콕시 기로 구성된 군으로부터 선택하는 화합물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, A가 임의로 치환된 알킬, 알케닐, 시클로알킬, 디알킬아미노, 페닐, 피리딜, 푸릴 또는 티에닐 기를 나타내고 R1은 수소 원자를 나타내는 화합물.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, A가 임의로 치환된 C2-6알킬 기 또는 C2-6알케닐 기, 할로겐 원자, C1-4알킬 기, C1-4알콕시 기 및 C1-4할로알킬 기, 또는 하나 이상의 할로겐 원자로 임의로 치환된 피리딘 기로부터 독립적으로 선택된 하나 이상의 부분으로 치환된 페닐 기를 나타내는 화합물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, A가 삼차-부틸, 이소부틸, 이소프로필, 2-메톡시에틸, 스티릴, 불소, 염소, 트리플루오로메틸 및 메톡시 기로부터 선택된 하나 또는 두 개의 부분으로 임의로 치환된 페닐, 또는 염소로 임의로 치환된 피리딜을 나타내는 화합물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, R2는 임의로 치환된 알킬, 알케닐, 아르알킬 또는 헤테로아르알킬 기를 나타내는 화합물.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, R2가 임의로 치환된 C2-6알킬, C2-6알케닐, 1~2개의 할로겐 원자로 임의로 치환된 페닐, 1,2,3,4-테트라히드로나프탈렌, 페닐 부분이 할로겐 및 C1-4알킬로부터 독립적으로 선택된 1 또는 2부분으로 임의로 치환된 C1-4페닐알킬렌을 나타내거나, 또는 헤테로아릴 부분이 푸릴, 피리딜, 티에닐 또는 할로겐 및 C1-4알킬로부터 선택된 1 또는 2개 부분으로 임의로 치환된 벤조티에닐인 C1-4헤테로아릴알킬렌을 나타내는 화합물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, R2가 하기 일반식을 따르는 화합물:
    -CH(R3)R4
    (식에서 R3가 수소 원자 또는 임의로 치환된 C1-2알킬 기를 나타내고, 및 R4가 임의로 치환된 페닐 기, 또는 임의로 치환된 피리딜, 푸릴, 티에닐 또는 벤조티에닐 기를 나타낸다).
  9. 하기 일반식(Ⅲ) 또는 (Ⅳ)의 각각의 화합물을:
    (식에서 A는 제1항에 정의된 바와 같고 Y는 리빙 기를 나타낸다) 하기 일반식(Ⅴ) 또는 (Ⅵ)의 화합물과:
    HNR1R2(Ⅴ)
    [H2NR1R2]+B-(Ⅵ)
    (식에서 R1및 R2는 제1항에 정의된 바와 같고 B-는 일반적인 음이온 종이다) 반응시키는 것으로 구성되는, 제1항에 정의된 바와 같은 일반식(Ⅰ) 또는 (Ⅱ)화합물을 제조하는 방법.
  10. 제1항에 정의된 일반식(Ⅰ) 또는 (Ⅱ)의 화합물과 부형제로 구성된 제초제 조성물.
  11. 제13항에 있어서, 둘 이상의 부형제로 구성되며, 이들 중 하나가 계면활성제인 조성물.
  12. 제1항에 청구된 일반식(Ⅰ) 또는 (Ⅱ)의 화합물, 또는 제10항에 청구된 조성물을 소재지에 사용하는 것으로 구성된, 소재지에서 원치않는 식물 생장을 억제하는 방법.
