Claims (8)
- (A) 500내지 5,000의 분자량을 갖는 부타디엔의 부분적으로 에폭시화된 단일중합체 또는 공중합체와 지방족 아민으로부터 유도되고, 임의적으로 이어서 에틸렌계 불포화 중합가능 카르복실산과 반응시킨 3차 아미노기함유 막형성 중합체 100중량부 ; (B) 폴리페놀 폴리 글리시딜 에테르의 에틸렌계 불포화 중합가능 카르복실산과의 반응생성물 20 내지 100중량부 ; (C) 망간, 코발트 또는 구리의 산화물 또는 유기산염 원소상 금속으로서 0.005내지 1.0중량부 ; (D) 4차 암모늄기를 갖는 양이온성 수분산성 수지 5 내지 100중량부로 이루어지며, 상기 양이온성 수분산성수지는 (a) 500내지 5,000의 분자량을 갖는 부타디엔의 부분적으로 에폭시화된 단일중합체 또는 공중합체와 지방족 2차 아민으로부터 유도된 중합체 3차 아민의 산부가염과 (b) 모노-에폭시드 화합물을 반응시킴으로서 제조된 생성물이며 ; 상기 성분(A) 내지 (D)는 상기 성분(A)를 중화시키기에 충분한 유기산의 양을 포함하는 수성매체에 용해되거나 분산되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 음극전착도료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 부타디엔의 부분적으로 에폭시화된 단일중합체 또는 공중합체는 요오드값 50 내지 500과 옥시란 산소함량 3 내지 12중량%에 해당하는 탄소-대-탄소 이중결합 함량을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 도료 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 지방족 3차 아민은 상기 부분적으로 에폭시화된 부타디엔 중합체 100g당 30 내지 300밀리몰의 양으로 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 도료 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 모노 에폭시드는 페닐 글리시딜에테르, 글리시딜 아크릴레이트, 클리시딜 메타아크릴레이트, 1,2-에폭시부탄 또는 포화 지방산의 글리시딜 에스테르인 것을 특징으로 하는 도료 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 모노-에폭시드는 3차 아미노기에 대하여 0.4 내지 1.0당량의 양으로 상기 중합체 3차 아민과 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 도료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌계 불포화 중합체 카르복실산은 아크릴산 또는 메타아크릴산인 것을 특징으로 하는 도료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 성분(B)는 비스페놀 에폭시수지 또는 노볼락 에폭시수지의 아크릴산염 또는 메타아크릴산염인 것을 특징으로 하는 도료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 도료 조성물은 안료로 더 이루어지며, 상기 성분(D)와 상기 안료는 건조시 기준으로 1:1 내지 1:5 중량비의 비율로 안료 페이스트 조성물을 형성시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 도료 조성물.
