Claims (1)
- 열가소성 수지분말을 예열된 슬러쉬 성형틀에 채워서 제1수지층을 형성시키고 잔류 열가소성 수지분말은 유출시키는 제1단계와, 제1수지층을 포함하고 있는 성형틀에다 열분해 가능한 발포제와 열가소성 수지분말로 이루어진 혼합분말을 가득 채운 후, 상기 성형틀의 잔류열을 이용하여 제1수지층과 접촉시킨 상태에서 상기 혼합분말을 제2수지층으로 형성시키고 잔류 혼합수지분말은 유출시키는 제2단계와, 제2수지층이 발포화되도록 가열처리한 다음, 성형틀을 냉각시켜 발포성형물을 성형틀로부터 분리해 내는 제3단계로 이루어진 복합 발포성형물의 제조에 있어서, 열가소성 수지분말이 나중에 함유되게 되는 상기 슬러쉬 성형틀을 적외선 가열법으로 가열시켜서 되어짐을 특징으로 하는 복합 발포성형물의 제조방법.
