Claims (20)

  1. 폴리아릴에테르케톤이 약 5% 이항의 결정도를 갖고 하기 일반식 I, II 및 III에 의해 표시된 기로부터 선택된 반복 단위로 근본적으로 이루어진, 약 625-5000㎛의 두께를 갖는 폴리아릴 에테르 케톤시이트,
    상기식에서, Ph는 1-4-페닐렌 또는 1,3-페닐렌기중 하나이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리아릴에테르케톤이 일반식 I에 의해 표시된 반복 단위를 갖는 폴리에테르케톤케톤인 시이트.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 1,4-페닐렌 대 1,3-페닐렌 이성체 비율이 약 70:30-0;100이고, 시이트 두께가 약 625-1250㎛인 시이트.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 1,4-페닐렌 대 1,3-페닐렌 이성체 비율이 60:40 이하인 시이트.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 1,4-페닐렌 대 1,3-페닐렌 이성체 비율이 60:40-50:50이고, 시이트 두께가 약 525-2000㎛인 시이트.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 시이트 조성물의 50중량% 이하의 양으로 비-핵제 충전제를 함유하는 시이트.
  7. 제4항에 있어서, 시이트 조성물의 50중량% 이하의 양으로 비-핵제 충전제를 함유하는 시이트.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 5% 이하의 시이트 조성물이 무기 섬유 충전제인 시이트.
  9. (a) 폴리아릴에테르케톤을 그 융점이상의 적합한 가공처리 온도로 가열시키고, (b) 용융된 혼합물을 시이트로 성형시키고, (c) 상당한 결정하가 일어나는 가장 낮은 온도와 용융 가공처리 온도 사이의 퀘치(quench) 시간이 10/최대 결정도에 의해 증가된 가장 짧은 결정화 하프-타임(half-time) (여기서 가장 짧은 결정화 하프-타임은 코폴리에테르케톤 샘플이 차동 주사 열량법에 의해 결정된 대로, 결정화 발열 최대에 도달하는데 걸리는 가장 짧은 시간 양으로서 정의되며, 최대 결정도는 x-선 결정학에 의해 제공된 폴리아릴에테르케톤에 대해 결정된다.)과 같거나 그 이하인 그런 속도에서 시이트를 퀘칭 시키는 것으로 구성되는, 폴리아릴에테르케톤이 약 5% 이항의 결정도를 갖고 하기 일반식 I, II 및 III에 의해 표시된 기로부터 선택된 반복 단위로 근본적으로 이루어진, 약 625-5000㎛의 두께를 갖는 폴리아릴에테르케톤 시이트를 제조하는 방법,
    상기식에서, Ph는 1-4-페닐렌 또는 1,3-페닐렌기중 하나이다.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 폴리아릴에테르케톤이 일반식 I의 반복 단위를 갖는 폴리에테르케톤케톤인 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 1,4-페닐렌 대 1,3-페닐렌 이성체 비율이 약 70:30-0:100이고, 시이트 두께가 약 625-1250㎛인 방법.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 1,4-페닐렌 대 1,3-페닐렌 이성체 비율이 60:40 이하인 방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 1,4-페닐렌 대 1,3-페닐렌 이성체 비율이 60:40-50:50이고, 시이트 두께가 약 525-2000㎛인 방법.
  14. 제9항에 있어서, 시이트 제조 온도가 폴리아릴에테르 케톤 융점의 약 10-50℃ 이상인 방법.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 제조된 시이트가 약 110℃ 내지 폴리아릴에테르케톤의 유리 전이온도 바로 위의 온도 범위에서 유지된 하나이상의 롤상에서 퀘칭되는 방법.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 폴리아릴에테르케톤이 일반식 I의 반복 단위를 갖는 폴리에테르케톤케톤인 방법.
  17. 제9항의 방법에 의해 폴리아릴에테르케톤으로 만들어진 비정질 삼차원 패널 또는 덕트(duct).
  18. 제13항의 방법에 의해 폴리아릴에테르케톤으로 만들어진 비정질 삼차원 패널 또는 덕트.
  19. 폴리아릴에테르케톤이 약 5% 이항의 결정도를 갖고 하기 일반식 I, II 및 III에 의해 표시된 기로부터 선택된 반복 단위로 근본적으로 이루어진, 약 625-5000㎛의 벽 두께를 갖는 폴리아릴에테르 케톤시이트인 열성형된 비정질 삼차원 패널 또는 덕트,
    상기식으로, Ph는 1-4-페닐렌 또는 1,3-페닐렌기중 하나이다.
  20. 1,4-페닐렌 대 1,3-페닐렌 이성체 비율이 약 60:40/50-50이고, 패널 또는 덕트의 벽 두께가 약 625-2000㎛인, 일반식 I로 표시된 반복 단위로 근본적으로 이루어진 폴리아릴에테르 케톤으로 만들어진 제19항의 비정질 삼차원 패널 또는 덕트.
