Claims (17)

  1. 몸체와 목부와 계량컵 폐쇄부를 가진 유동가능한 제품을 위한 용기로서, 용기의 몸체로부터 연장되고 상부 구멍을 형성하는 에지와 상기 상부구멍을 폐쇄하는 개방 가능한 내부 밀봉체를 가진 목부와, 목부를 둘러싸고있는 목부에 부착하기 위한 수단을 포함하는 하부 부분과 상부부분과 상기 상부 및 하부부분을 분할하기 위한 내측으로 연장된 외주 플랜지를 가진 링부재를 구비하고, 플랜지의 하부분을 그 사이에 유동하는 액체에 대하여 밀봉되도록 상기에지와 결합가능하고, 상기 상부부분내에 삽통식으로 수용가능한 개방상부, 폐쇄된 해부, 측면과 상기 계량컵 구멍이 상부부분과 액체밀봉 결합하도록 제거가능하게 로크하는 수단을 가진 계량컵을 구비한것을 특징으로 하는 용기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 링부재는 목부와 나사 결합되어 있고, 계량컵은 상부분과 나사결합되어 있고, 목부와 링부재의 나사 결합의 지지력을 계량컵과 링부재 사이의 나사결합의 지지력보다 실제적으로 크고, 이에 의해 나사를 풀어서 계량컵의 정상적인 제거가 목부로부터 링부재를 풀지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 플랜지를 대체로 수평인 하부와 방사상 외측으로 상방으로 경사진 상부와 제거가능한 액체 밀봉체를 형성하기 위하여 상기 목부에지와 결합하는 하부와 다른 제거 가능한 액체 밀봉체를 형성하기 위하여 계량컵과 결합하는 링부재 플랜지의 상부부분을 가진것을 특징으로 하는 용기.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 플랜지의 내경은 유동가능한 제품의 유동을 위하여 대체로 연속적인 표면을 형성하기 위하여 목부에지의 내경과 대략적으로 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 용기.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 플랜지의 상부의 경사면은 약45도인 것을 특징으로 하는 용기.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 링부재를 목부와 나사 결합되어 있고, 상기 내부 밀봉체를 목부에지와 플랜지의 하부 사이에 위치된 상부 목부에지에 고정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 내부 밀봉체를 목부에지의 외주 둘레를 완전히 둘러싸는 목부에지에 고정되어 있고 목부하방으로 천공 또는 모두 또는 부분적으로 천공하여 개방가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 용기.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 내부 밀봉체를 목부에지의 외주둘레를 완전히 둘러싸는 목부에지에 고정되어 있고 후방으로 껍질을 벗기는 에지 또는 태브를 가지고 있고, 상기 내부 밀봉체는 태브를 후방으로 잡아당겨 제거가 능한것을 특징으로 하는 용기.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 내부 밀봉체를 목부에지에 고정된 기밀밀봉체인 것을 특징으로 하는 용기.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 링부재에 계량컵을 제거가능하게 로킹하기 위한 수단이 나사이를 가진 결합부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기
  11. 제0항에 있어서, 링부재 플랜지의 상부를 방사상 외측 및 상방으로 경사져 있고, 계량컵의 개방상부를 구멍의 외부 측면상에 경사면을 포함하고, 링부재의 내측 외주비드를 포함하고, 계량컵과 링부재의 짝결합나사는 경사면이 플랜지의 경사진 상부와 결합할때 서로 결합하고, 그들의 각각의 나사와 더 결합되도록 링부재 내에 계량컵을 더욱 회전시키는 것을 탄성압력을 야기하고, 이에의해 계량컵에 외측과 링부재의 비드사이에 액체 밀봉체를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기.
  12. 액체 커피와 같은 건조하기 쉬운 액체용 용기로서, 몸체 부분과 상기 몸체부분으로부터 상부 구멍을 형성하는 에지까지 연장된 목부와, 목부에지에 고정된 제거가능한 기밀 밀봉체와 목부를 둘러싸고 하부부분과 상부부분과 상부 및 하부분을 분할하는 왜측으로 연장된 외주 플랜지와 플랜지 위에 있는 외주비드를 가지고, 플랜지의 하부를 액체가(1) 내부빌봉체가 완전히 제거되고 플랜지 하부가 목부에지와 직접 결합거나(2) 내부 밀봉체가 이것의 외부 에지에서 완전히 제거되지 않고 플래지 하부가 상기 액체 밀봉 효과가 내부 밀봉체의 잔류 부분과 결합하는 경우 그 사이를 통과하는 것을 방지하기 위하여 액체 밀봉을 제공하도록 결합되는 링부재를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 용기.
  13. 제13항에 있어서, 플랜지의 상부를 용기 안과 밖으로 액체의 유동을 위한 매끄러운 경사 표면을 제공하기 위하여 상방 및 방사상 외측으로 경사져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 플랜지의 내경이 용기의 안과 밖으로 액체의 유동을 위한 대체로 연속적인 표면을 형성하는 목부에지의 내경과 대체로 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 용기.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 플랜지의 상부의 경사가 약 45도인 것을 특징으로 하는 용기.
  16. 제12항에 있어서, 링부재를 목부와 나사 결합되어 있고 계량컵을 링부재의 상부부분과 나사결합되어 있고, 목부와 링부재의 나사결합의 지지력은 계량컵과 링 사이의 나사결합의 지지력보다 실제적으로 크고, 나사를 풀어서 계량컵의 정상적인 제거를 목부에지와 링부재 사이의 액체 밀봉체를 개방하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기.
  17. 제12항에 있어서, 계량컵은 링부재의 내측면과 나사 결합되고, 링부재 플랜지의 상부를 방사상 외측 및 상방으로 경사져 있고, 계량컵의 개방상부는 구멍의 외부 측면에 경사면을 포함하고, 링부재의 내측면은 외주비드를 포함하고, 계량컵의 결합나사와 링부재를 경사면이 플랜지의 경사진 상부와 결합할때 결합되고, 그들의 각각의 나사에 결합되도록 링부재내의 계량컵을 더욱 회전시켜 탄성 압력을 야기하고 계량컵의 외측면과 링부재의 비드 사이에 액체 밀봉을 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기.
