Description
Claims (10)
- a) 지시염료; b) 히드로과산화물; c) 금속 이온 착물; d) 하기 일반식의 포스포러스 화합물; 및 e) 적당한 담체 비히클을 포함하는, 시험 샘플중의 과산화 활성물질의 존재 또는 농도를 측정하기 위해 시험 샘플과의 접촉시 색 전이를 나타낼 수 있는 조성물.상기식에서, R1또는 R2는 수소, 탄소수 1 내지 12의 치환되거나 비치환된 알킬 잔기, 치환되거나 비치환된 방향족 잔기 및 지방족 또는 방향족 다가 화합물의 잔기 중에서 선택되고, X는 O, S 또는 NH이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 조성물이 시험 샘플의 1조 부중의 과산화 활성물질 1부의 존재 또는 농도를 입증하기 위해 충분한 색 전이를 나타낼 수 있는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 지시 염료가 조성물 리터당 약 5밀리몰 내지 약 50밀리몰 범위의 양으로 존재하는 조성물.

- 제4항에 있어서, 산화-환원 지시제가 벤지딘; o-톨리딘; 3, 3', 5, 5'-테트라알킬벤지딘(여기서, 알킬그룹은 탄소원자 1 내지 약 6개를 함유한다); o-디아니시딘; 2, 7-디아미노플루오렌; 비스-(N-에틸-퀴놀-2-온)-아진; (N-메틸벤즈티아졸-2-온)-(1-에틸-3-페닐-5-메틸트리아졸-2-온)-아진; 및 이의 혼합물 중에서 선택된 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 지시 염료가 3, 3', 5, 5'-테트라 메틸벤지딘인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 히드로과산화물이 조성물 리터당 약 5밀리몰 내지 약 100밀리몰 범위의 양으로 존재하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 히드로과산화물이 유기 히드로 과산화물인 조성물.
- a) 시험 샘플을 지시 염료, 히드로과산화물, 금속 이온 착물, 하기 일반식의 포스포러스 화합물 및 적절한 담체 비히클을 함유하는 조성물과 접촉시키고; b) 조성물의 색 변화 강도 또는 경도로부터 시험 샘플 중의 과산화활성물질의 존재 또는 농도를 측정함을 특징으로 하는, 시험 샘플 중의 과산화 활성물질의 존재 또는 농도의 측정 방법.상기식에서, R1또는 R2는 수소, 탄소수 1내지 약 12의 치환되거나 비치환된 알킬 잔기, 치환되거나 비치환된 방향족 잔기 및 지방족 또는 방향족 다가 화합물의 잔기 중에서 선택되고, X는 0, S 또는 NH이다.
- a)액체 샘플을 지시 염료, 히드로과산화물, 금속 이온 착물, 하기 일반식의 포스포러스 화합물 및 적당한 담체 비히클을 함유하는 조성물을 포함시킨 시약 시험 패드를 함유하는 분석 검출 장치와 접촉시키고; b) 액체 샘플 중에 존재하는 과산화 활성물질 함량에 대한 색 전이를 위해 분석 검출 장치를 시험함을 특징으로 하는, 액체 샘플 중의 과산화 활성물질의 존재 또는 농도 측정 방법.상기식에서, R1또는 R2는 수소, 탄소수 1내지 12의 치환되거나 비치환된 알킬 잔기, 치환되거나 비치환된 방향족 잔기 및 지방족 또는 방향족 다가 화합물의 잔기 중에서 선택되고, X는 0, S 또는 NH이다.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
