제1도는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 회전 헤드식 테이프 기록 및 재생 장치에 사용하기 위한 테이프 카셋트의 사시도.

제3A도 및 제 3B도는 각각 폐쇄 및 개방위치의 테이프 카셋트 뚜껑을 도시하는 제1도 테이프 장치의 측면도.

Claims (19)

  1. 헤드 드럼과, 헤드 드럼의 주변 표면의 적어도 일부에 감진 자기 테이프에 정보 신호를 기록 및 재생하는 헤드 드럼과 연관된 회전 헤드를 포함하는 다수의 회전 소자와 일정속도를 자기 테이프를 운반하는 캡스턴과, 테이프 카셋트 내에서 자기 테이프가 주위에 감긴 한쌍의 릴을 맞물리고 각각의 릴을 구동시키는 서플라이 및 권취 릴 베이스와, 상기 회전 소자중의 하나에 직접 연결된 단일 모터와 상기 회전 소자중의 나머지를 구동하고 그러므로써 적어도 상기 회전 헤드 수단과 상기 캡스턴과 상기 권취 및 서플라이 릴 베이스를 동시에 회전시키기 위해 상기 모터에 연결된 비스립 기계식 전달 수단의 조합체를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 테이프 기록 및 재생장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단일 모터는 상기 헤드 드럼과 일체화되었고, 상기 회전 헤드 수단과 직접 결합된 것을 특징으로하는 테이프 기록 및 재생 장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 비슬립 기구 전달 수단은 선택적으로 결합 가능한 회전기어를 포함하는 기어 트레인으로 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 테이프 기록 및 재생 장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 헤드 드럼은 상기 회전 헤드 수단이 장착된 회전 가능한 드럼부를 포함하며, 상기모터는 고정자 및 회전가능한 회전자를 포함하며, 회전축은 상기 회전자와 상기 회전가능한 드럼부에 연결되어 모터가 상기 축을 통해 상기 회전 헤드 수단과 직접 결합되며. 상기 축은 그 위에 기어 트레인용 입력을 형성하는 구동 기어를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 테이프 기록 및 재생장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 축은 상기 헤드 드럼과 모터를 통해 축 방향으로 연장하고, 구동 기어가 위치하고 있는 단부부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 테이프 기록 및 재생 장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 구동기어가 위치하고 있는 축위 단부부는 상기 모터로부터 헤드 드럼에서 떨어진 축방향으로 연장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 테이프 기록 및 재생 장치.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 구동 기어가 위치하고 있는 축의 단부부는 상기 헤드 드럼으로부터 상기 모터에서 떨어진 축방향으로 연장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 테이프 기록 및 재생 장치.
  8. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 구동기어는 상기 헤드 드럼과 모터 사이에서 축방향으로 상기 축상에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 테이프 기록 및 재생장치.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 헤드 드럼이 장착되어 있는 제1지지수단과, 공급 및 권취 릴 베이스가 장착되어 있는 제2지지 수단과, 상기 제2지지 수단에 대하여 움직이기 위하여 상기 제 1지지 수단을 장착하기 위한 가이드 수단을 또한 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 테이프 기록 및 재생 장치.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 캡스턴이 장착되어 있는, 상기 제1지지 수단에 위해 운반된 캡스턴지지 수단을 또한 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 테이프 기록 및 재생 장치.
  11. 제9항에 있어서, 기록 및 재생 모드에 대응하고, 상기 공급 및 권치 릴 베이스로 결합된 릴을 갖는 테이프 카셋트 케이싱 안으로 헤드 드럼의 대부분이 삽입되어, 상기 릴 사이에서 연장하는 자기 테이프가 상기 회전 헤드 수단에 의해 주사되기 위하여 헤드 드럼의 주변 표면의 대부분을 권취하는 제1위치에서 상기 제2지지 수단에 대하여 상기 제1지지 수단을 선택적으로 위치시키기 위하여 작동 가능한 모드 선택 수단과, 카셋트 적재 및 비미적재모드에 대응하고 헤드 드럼이 테이프 카셋트 케이싱에서 완전히 퇴출되는 제2위치를 또한 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 테이프 기록 및 재생 장치.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 모드 선택 수단은 , 정지, 고속 전진 및 리와인드 모드에 대응하고 헤드 드럼이 테이프 카셋트 케이싱 안으로 약간만 삽입되도록 상기 제1 및 제2위치 중간에 위치하는 제3위치에서 상기 제2지지 수단에 대하여 상기 제1지지 수단을 선택적으로 위치시키기 위하여 작동 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 테이프 기록 및 재생 장치.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 헤드 드럼의 주변 표면은, 상기 회전 헤드 수단이 고속 서치 모드에서 자기 테이프를 주사 할수 있도록 상기 제2지지 수단에 대하여 제1지지 수단의 제3위치에서 상기 릴 베이스를 결합하는 릴 사이에서 연장하는 자기 테이프와 접촉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 테이프 기록 및 재생 장치.
  14. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 테이프 카셋트 케이싱은 자기 테이프가 가이드되고 핀치 롤러 수단을 포함하며, 상기 제1지지 수단이 상기 제2지지 수단에 대한 상기 제1위치에 있을 때만 이들 사이에서 테이프와 상기 핀치 롤러수단이 서로 접하도록, 상기 제1지지 수단에 캡스턴을 장착하는 수단을 또한 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 테이프기록 및 재생 장치.
  15. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 기계적 전달 수단을, 상기 제1지지 수단이 상기 제2지지 수단에 대한 제1 및 제3위치 중 하나에 있을 때 상기 회전 헤드 수단으로 상기 캡스턴 및 릴 베이스를 구동시키기 위미하여 결합된 상태이고, 상기 전달 수단은, 상기 제1지지 수단이 상기 제2위치에 있을 때 상기 회전 헤드 수단과 릴 베이스 사이에서 적어도 해체되는 것을 특징으로 하는 테이프 기록 및 재생 장치.
  16. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 가이드 수단은, 제1지지 수단이 상기 제1위치에 있을 때 상기 회전 헤드 수단에 위해 주사된 테이프를 따라 측방향으로 상기 제2지지 수단에 대하여 상기 제1지지 수단을 약간 움직이도록 하고, 상기 가이드 수단은 상기 제1지지 수단이 상기 제2위치에 있을 때 적어도 상기 측방향으로의 제1지지 수단의 움직임을 방지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 테이프 기록 및 재생 장치.
  17. 제12항에 있어서, 카셋트 수용 및 퇴출 위치와, 카셋트 유지 수단이 상기 릴 베이스와 상기 릴을 결합하기 위해 작동적으로 위치되는 적재 위치 사이에서 이동가능한 카셋트 유지 수단과, 상기 제 1지지 수단을 상기 제2위치로부터 제3위치로, 그리고 상기 카셋트 유지 수단을 상기 적재 위치로 이동시키기 위한 수단을 또한 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 테이프 기록 및 재생 장치.
  18. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 단일 모터는 상기 헤드 드럼과 일체화되었고, 상기 회전 헤드 수단과 직접 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 테이프 기록 및 재생 장치.
  19. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 제2지지 수단은 주 샤시를 구성하고, 상기 가이드 수단은 테이프 카셋트 케이싱을 위치 시키기 위한 수단과 함께 카셋트 적재부를 갖는 종속 새시 상에 형성되고, 종속 샤시의 카셋트의 적재부로의 주 새시의 어떠한 외곡 전달을 방지하기 위해서 적어도 이격된3개의 위치에서 주 새시에 평행하는 종속 샤시를 지지하기 위한 탄성 장착 수단을 또한 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 테이프 기록 및 재생 장치.
