Claims (10)
- 로울러 경부가 베어링 초크에 삽입된 부싱에 회전 가능하게 축설된 슬리이브를 갖고있고 베어링 초크에는 환상의 밀폐조립체가 착설되었으며 밀폐조립체와 로울러 단부면 사이에 환상의 가요성 플랜지형 밀폐구를 착설하여서된 압연기에 있어서, 밀폐단부판의 취부면에 경사지고 유연한 밀폐플랜지가 절곡 경사지게 형성된 취부 플랜지를 갖는 환상의 냉각제 밀폐구를 밀폐플랜지가 로울러 단부면과 마찰 접촉하도록 착탈 가능하게 취부 수단으로 착설하되 냉각제 밀폐구의 취부 플랜지에 로울러 단부면을 향하여 축방향으로 돌출되는 완충수단을 일체로 형성하고 밀폐플랜지와 완충수단사이에는 밀폐플랜지가 로울러 단부면과 접촉하였을때 밀폐플랜지가 삽입되는 요구가 형성되도록 하여서됨을 특징으로 하는 압연기 유막베어링의 냉각제 밀폐조립체.
- 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 완충수단이 환상의 견부로 구성되었음을 특징으로 하는 냉각제 밀폐조립체.
- 청구범위 2항에 있어서, 환상견부의 주연부가 견부의 마모정도를 나타낼 수 있는 수단을 제공토록 일정한 간격을 두고 절결되어 있는바의 냉각제 밀폐조립체.
- 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 취부수단이 취부플랜지의 통공을 통하여 연장되고 취부면이 나선공으로 나착되는 일정간격으로 배설된 다수의 스크류로 구성되고, 취부플랜지의 통공직경이 상기 스크류의 상대적인 측방향 운동을 허용할 수 있는 크기로 되어있는바의 냉각제 밀폐조립체.
- 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 취부플랜지에 상기 완충수단의 돌출 방향과는 반대방향인 축방향으로 돌출된 위치선정수단이 일체로 형성되어있고 상기 취부면에는 취부플랜지가 방사상으로 놓이는 위치에서 상기 위치 선정수단이 결합될 수 있는 요구를 갖는바의 냉각제 밀폐조립체.
- 청구범위 5항에 있어서, 위치선정수단이 환상의 견부로 구성된바의 냉각제 밀폐조립체.
- 청구범위 6항에 있어서, 환상 견부와 취부면의 요구에 상호 결합되는 원추면이 형성되어 취부플랜지가 취부수단에 의하여 상기 취부면에 고정될때에 요구의 내측원주면에 대하여 견부의 외측 원주면이 방사상으로 결합되게 하는바의 냉각제 밀폐조립체.
- 로울러의 경부가 베어링 초크에 삽입된 부싱에 회전 가능하게 축설된 슬리이브를 구비하고, 슬리이브와 부싱 사이에 유막이 형성되고, 냉각수, 녹물등과 같은 오염물의 침투를 방지하는 반면에 윤활유가 베어링 초크로부터 노출되는 것을 방지하기 위하여 로울러의 단부면과 베어링 초크사이에 밀폐조립체가 착설되었으며, 이 밀폐조립체는 함께 회전토록 로울러 경부상에 착설된 환상의 가요성 플랜지형 밀폐부를 위요하는 위치에서 베어링 초크에 고정된 환상의 밀폐단부판을 포함하고, 상기 밀폐단부판은 로울러단부면으로부터 축방향으로 일정한 간격을 둔 환상의 취부면을 갖는 압연기에 있어서, 내측변부에서 경사지고 유연하게 연장된 밀폐플랜지에 일체로 연결된 방사상의 취부플랜지를 갖는 환상의 냉각제밀폐부와, 밀폐플랜지가 로울러단부면과 마찰적으로 접촉하는 위치에서 취부면에 취부플랜지를 분리 가능하게 고정하기 위한 취부수단으로 구성되고, 상기 취부수단은 주면 방향으로 일정한 간격을 두고 배열되어 플랜지면에 나착되는 다수의 스크류의 구성되며, 취부플랜지의 통공직경은 스크류의 상대적인 측방향 운동이 허용될 수 있는 크기이고, 위치선정수단이 취부플랜지로부터 취부면을 향하여 축방향으로 일체가 되게 돌출되어있으며, 취부면에는 이에 취부플랜지가 방사상으로 배치될때에 위치선정수단과 결합되는 요구가 형성되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 압연기 유막베어링의 냉각제 밀폐조립체.
- 청구범위 8항에 있어서, 위치선정수단과 취부면의 요구가 환상인바의 냉각제 밀폐조립체.
- 청구범위 9항에 있어서, 위치선정수단과 취부면의 요구에 상호 결합되는 원추면이 형성되어 스크류가 조여질때에 요구의 내측주연면에 대하여 위치선정수단의 외측주연면이 방사상으로 결합될 수 있게된바의 냉각제 밀폐조립체.
