Description
Claims (21)
- 유기할로겐화물 난연제를 본 조성물의 70 내지 99.5중량%로, 이 유기할로겐화물 난연제의 결합물질로서 열가소성 합성수지를 본 조성물의 0.5 내지 30중량%로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 열가소성물품 제조에 사용될 과립상 난연제 첨가제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 과립이 0.5 내지 8.0mm의 평균입도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연제 첨가제 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 과립이 0.5 내지 5.0mm의 평균입도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연제 첨가제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 합성수지가 스티렌, 부타디엔 또는 메틸 메타아크릴레이트에서 유도된 중합체 또는 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 난연제 첨가제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기할로겐화물 난연제가 150℃ 이상의 융점을 갖는 유기할로겐화물과 150℃이하의 융점을 갖는 유기할로겐화물 화합물과의 중량비 1 : 0.1 내지 1 : 1의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 난연제 첨가제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기할로겐화물 난연제가 염소와 브롬 모두 또는 그 어느 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연제 첨가제 조성물.
- 유기 할로겐화물 난연제를 휘발성용매에 녹인 상기 열가소성 합성수지 용액과 반죽하는 단계와, 이 생성된 덩어리를 과립으로 세분하는 단계와, 그 과립을 건조하는 단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제1항의 조성물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 과립이 0.5 내지 8.0mm의 평균입도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연제 첨가제 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 과립이 0.5 내지 5.0mm인 평균입도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연제 첨가제 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 합성수지가 스티렌, 부타디엔, 또는 메틸메타아크릴레이트에서 유도된 중합체 또는 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 난연제 첨가제 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 유기할로겐화물 난연제가 염소나 브롬 모두 또는 그 어느 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연제 첨가제 조성물의 제조방법.
- 상기 유기할로겐화물 난연제와 상기 열가소성 합성수지를 분말상태에서 충분히 혼합하는 단계와, 그 혼합물을 상기 열가소성 합성수지의 융점근처 또는 그 이상의 온도에서 압축하여 판을 형성하는 단계와 그 판을 세분하여 과립으로 형성하는 단계물로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제1항의 조성물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 과립이 0.5 내지 8.0mm의 평균입도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연제 첨가제 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 과립이 0.5 내지 5.0mm의 평균입도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연제 첨가제 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 합성수지가 스티렌 부타디엔 또는 메틸 메타아크릴레이트로 부터 유도된 중합체 또는 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 난연제 첨가제 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 유기할로겐화물 난연제가 염소와 브롬 모두 또는 그 어느 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연제 첨가제 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제1항의 난연제 첨가제 조성물과 열가소성수지를 제조하기에 함께 공급하는 단계와 두 내용물을 제조기 안에서 용융시키는 단계와, 용융된 덩어리를 원하는 모양으로 제조하는 단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 난연성 열가소성물품의 제조방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성수지에 대한 제1항의 조성물의 비율이 상기 열가소성수지 100중량부당 0.1 내지 30중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 열가소성물품의 제조방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성수지가 폴리스티렌수지, 폴리(메틸 메타아크릴레이트)수지, ABS 수지, 스티렌-무수말레산수지, 폴리에스테르수지, 폴리아미드수지, 폴리에틸렌수지, 폴리프로필렌수지, EVA 수지, 폴리카보네이트수지, 폴리아세탈수지 또는 셀룰로오스 유도체인 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 열가소성물품의 제조방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 제조법은 사출성형법인 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 열가소성물품의 제조방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 제조법은 압출법인 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 열가소성물품의 제조방법.
