Claims (11)
- 디아세톤아크릴아미드를 주성분으로 하는 교차 결합 친수성 중합체를 폴리올레핀 출발 다공질막의 기공벽의 적어도 일부분상에 물리적으로 지지시킴을 특징으로 하는 친수화 다공질막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 출발 다공질막은 연신법에 의하여 다공질화 되어져 있음을 특징으로 하는 친수화 다공질막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 출발 다공질막은 중공(hollow)섬유상임을 특징으로 하는 친수화 다공질막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀은 에틸렌, 프로핀렌, 4~메틸~1~펜텐 및 3~메틸~1부텐으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 단량체를 주성분으로 하는 중합체임을 특징으로 하는 친수화 다공질막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 교차 결합 친수성 중합체는 디아세톤아크릴아미드 및 수용성의 교차 결합성 단량체를 포함하는 단량체들의 교차 결합된 중합체임을 특징으로 하는 친수화 다공질막.
- (A)폴리올레핀 출발 다공질막의 기공벽의 적어도 일부분상에 적어도 디아세톤아크릴아미드, 교차결합성 단량체, 그리고 중합 개시제를 지지시키고, (B)이를 가열하여 상기 단량체들을 중합시키는 단계들로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 친수화 다공질막의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 단량체들을 물 및/ 또는 유기용매로된 용매중에 용해시켜서 용액을 만들고, 이 용액으로 출발 다공질막을 함침시킨 후에 용매를 증발시킴으로써 상기 단량체들을 출발 다공질막의 기공벽의 적어도 일부분상에 지지시킴을 특징으로 하는 친수화 다공질막의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 출발 다공질막은 연신법에 의하여 다공질화 되어져 있음을 특징으로 하는 친수화 다공질막의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 출발 다공질막은 중공섬유상임을 특징으로 하는 친수화 다공질막의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀은 에틸렌, 프로필렌, 4~메틸~1~펜텐 및 3~메틸~1~부텐으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 단량체를 주성분으로 함유하는 중합체임을 특징으로 하는 친수화 다공질막의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 교차 결합성 단량체의 30℃의 수중 용해도가 1g/dl이상임을 특징으로 하는 친수화 다공질막의 제조방법.
