Description
Claims (9)
- 배향막과 이 배향막중에 1이상의 전하 전송재료가 도우프되고, 상기 전하 전송재료 및 그 양이 장치 동작중 상기 배향막 또는 그 부근에 일시축적된 전하를 방출시키기에 충분하여 장치내 전기적 2중층의 형성을 억제하는 것이 특징인 액정 디스플레이장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배향막이 폴리 이미드층인 것이 특징인 액정 디스플레이장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 장치에 사용된 액정물질이 슈퍼트위스트 네마틱 액정인 것이 특징인 액정 디스플레이장치.
- 제1항-제3항중 임의의 제1항에 있어서, 심플 매트릭스 어드레스 시스템에 따라 구동되는 것이 특징인 액정 디스플레이장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 판넬 구성을 갖으며, 스트리프 전극들을 갖는 제1유리기판이 기판 표면상에 형성된 배향막과, 상기 제1유리기판의 스트리프 전극들의 횡방향에 수직한 스트리프 전극들을 갖는 대향 제2유리기판과, 이 기판의 표면상에 형성된 배향막 및, 상기 제1과 제2기판의 대향 배향막을 사이에 개재된 액정물질로 구성된 것이 특징인 액정 디스플레이장치.
- 제1항-제3항 중 임의의 제1항에 있어서, 박막 트랜지스터들을 사용하는 액티브 매트릭스 어드레스 시스템에 따라 구동되는 것이 특징인 액정 디스플레이장치.
- 제1항-제3항 중 임의의 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전하전송재료가 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)로 표시되는 정공-전송재료인 것이 특징인 액정 디스플레이장치.(식에서, R1,R2,R3및 R4는 각각 독립적으로 수소원자, 탄소수 1∼4의 알칼기 또는 알킬부분의 탄소수가 1∼4이고 치환된 것일 수도 있는 아미노기이다.)
- 제1항-제6항 중 임의의 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전하전송재료가 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)로 표시되는 정공-전송 재료인 것이 특징인 액정 디스플레이장치.(식에서, R은 수소원자, 탄소수 1∼4의 알칼기 또는 알킬부분의 탄소수가 1∼4이고 치환된 것일 수도 있는 아미노기이다.)
- 제1항-제6항 중 임의의 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전하전송재료가 하기 일반식(Ⅲ)로 표시되는 전자-전송 재료인 것이 특징인 액정 디스플레이장치.1항에 있어서, 상기 배향막이 직류전계하에서 전기절연성을 나타내고, 고주파 전계하에서는 전기전도성을 나타내는 것이 특징인 액정 디스플레이장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
