Abstract

본 발명은 광기록 매체에 있어서, 하기 일빈식(Ⅰ)로 표시되는 시아닌계 색소를 TCNQ나 그 유도체들과 전하이동착물(시아닌-TCNQ)을 만들어 반도체 레이저(780-830㎚)에서 기록가능한 물질로 적용함을 특징으로 하는 전하이동착물을 이용한 광기록 매체에 관한 것으로, TCNQ계 물질들의 광기록 특성을 이용하여 시아닌계 색소들이 TCNQ와 전하이동착물을 형성함으로써, 광기록매체에 레이저를 조사하면 기록층의 시아닌-TCNQ가 레이저를 흡수하여 용융되거나 분해되어 기록이 되며, 기록레이저보다 적은 파워로 기록부와 미기록부의 반사율 차리를 읽어냄으로써 재생된다.
상기 식에서 R은 헤테로아로마틱 잔기 R'는 알킬기 n은 2이상의 양의 정수이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 기록층에 형성된 유기색소에 레이저광을 조사하여 기록층의 유기색소가 레이저를 흡수하여 용융되거나 분해됨으로써 기록이 되며 기록부와 미기록부의 반사율 차이를 읽어 기록을 재생하는 광기록매체에 있어서, 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)로 표시되는 시아닌계 색소를 유기전자 주게로 하는 TCNQ계 전하이동착물로 기록층을 구성함을 특징으로 하는 전하이동착물을 이용한 광기록 매체.
    상기 식에서 R은 헤테로아로마틱 잔기 R'는 알킬기 n은 2이상의 양의 정수이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기록층은 시아닌-TCNQ 계착물을 단독으로 형성하거나, 고분자 수지에 분산시켜 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전하이동착물을 이용한 광기록 매체.
