Claims (14)
- 중량을 기초로 하여. a)11-30%하이드록실기를 포함하는 30%-90%폴리비닐부틸알(PVB)과, b)i)폴리에텔 폴리올이나 폴리에텔폴리올과 폴리에스텔 폴리올로된 혼합물과, ⅱ)지방족 디이소시아네이트, 방향족 디이소시아네이트 또는 지방족 디이소시아네이트 혼합물의 반응생성물인 70-10% 열가소성 폴리우레탄으로 구성되는 폴리브레이드로 이루어진 시이트 단, a)와b)를 합한 퍼센트(%)는 항상 100%이며 상기 시이트는 0.76㎜두께에서 헤이즈가 2% 이하임.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가소재가 포함함을 특징으로 하는 시이트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가소재가 없는 것을 특징으로 하는 시이트.
- 제1항, 2항 또는 3항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 폴리비닐부틸은 약15-25%하이드록실기를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 시이트.
- 제4항에 있어서, 폴리브렌드는 30-70% 폴리닐부틸알(PVB)과 70-30%폴리우레탄(PU)을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 시이트.
- 제5항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄은 폴리에텔폴리올을 사용하여 제조함을 특징으로 하는 시이트.
- 제6항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄은 씨클로알리파틱 디이소시아네이트와 상기 폴리에텔 폴리올로부터 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 시이트.
- 하기(a),(b)를 포함하고 2%이하의 헤이즈를 가지는 에너지 흡수성이 있는 열가소성 수지로된 시이트. (a)하이드록실기를 약15-25중량%와, 지방족 폴리우레탄을 70-30중량% 포함하는 30-70중량%의 폴리비닐 부틸알로된 혼화성 혼합물 100중량부, (b)약 3-약20중량부의 가소재.
- 제8항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄은 지방족 디이소시아네이트와 폴리에텔폴리올의 반응생성물임을 특징으로 하는 시이트.
- 제9항에 있어서, 디이소시아네이트는 하나나 두개의 씨클로헥실링 그룹을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 시이트.
- 제10항에 있어서, 폴리에텔폴리올은 폴리에트라알킬레 에텔글리콜임을 특징으로하는 시이트.
- 제8,9,10또는 11항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 가소재는 폴리테트라 메틸렌에텔 글리콜임을 특징으로 하는 시이트.
- 제12항에 있어서, 폴리테트라 메틸렌 에텔글리콜의 분자량은 90-4000 사이임을 특징으로 하는 시이트.
- 제13항에 있어서 상기 분자량은 650-3000사이임을 특징으로 하는 시이트.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
