Claims (8)
- (1)폴리올이 25％이상의 1급 하이드록시 그룹을 함유하는 폴리에테르폴리올을 포함하고, (2)물 함량이 폴리올 100중량부를 기준으로 하여 4.5중량부 이상이며, (3)NCO 지수가 90미만임을 특징으로 하여, 주요 발포제로서 물의 존재하에 폴리이소시아네이트를 폴리올과 반응시켜 가요성 폴리우레탄 발포체를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,폴리올이 40 내지 80％의 1급 하이드록시 그룹을 함유하는 폴리에테르폴리올을 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 물 함량이 폴리올 100중량부를 기준으로 하여 6.0 내지 13 중량부인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, NCO 지수가 40 내지 90인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리올의 평균 작용가가 2.5 내지 4.5이고 평균 당량이 500 내지 1,500인 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 폴리올이 1급 하이드록시 그룹 40 내지 80개를 함유하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 사용된 유일한 볼포제가 물인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법으로 제조된 가요성 폴리우레탄 발포체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
