자동차의 중간전조등장치

본 고안은 자동차 전면에 설치하는 전조등에 관한 것으로, 종래의 좌, 우헤드라이트 중간부에 좌, 우헤드라이트와 연동시킬 수도 있으나, 별도의 조명스위치에 의하여 작동되는 전조등을 추가로 설치하여 야간고속도로 주행시에 좌, 우헤드라이트가 하이빔 위치에 놓이게 될때 중간조명등을 로우빔 위치에 놓이게 하여 전방시야를 넓히고 많은 차량이 정체할 때에는 좌, 우헤드라이트를 끄고 중앙전조등만 켜게하면 마주오는 차량의 운전장의 시야를 방해하지 아니하게 하므로서 안전운행에 기여함을 목적으로 하는 것이다.
종래의 자동차는 야간운행시에 헤드라이트의 좌, 우 조사각이 없으므로 중간부분의 어느 정도의 거리는 사각지대로서 조명이 충분치 못한 결점이 있었고, 특히 상하 조사각을 조절하여 하이빔으로 변환하면 사각지대는 더욱 확장되어서 안전운행에 위협이 되었다.
본 고안은 이와 같은 문제점을 해소하여 안전운행에 기여하고, 외관상 차량의 장식효과를 향상시키기 위하여 고안한 것으로, 이하 도면에 따라 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본 고안의 구성은 자동차의 차량전방에 설치된 전조등에 있어서 좌, 우헤드라이트(1) (1')중간부에 좌, 우헤드라이트(1) (1')와는 별도로 조사각조절 및 ON, OFF스위치(3)에 의하여 조작되는 중간조명용헤드라이트(2)를 착설하는 자동차의 중간전조등장치이다.
본 고안의 작용효과를 설치하면 다음과 같다.
자동차 차량전면에 좌, 우헤드라이트(1) (1')중간부에 헤드라이트(2)가 척설되므로 야간주행시 좌, 우헤드라이트(1) (1')에 의해 불빛이 비춰지지 않는 사각지대인 전방 중간부에 중간조명용헤드라이트(2)가 조사되므로 사각지대를 제거하게 되고, 좌, 우헤드라이트(1) (1')와 별도의 조절스위치(3)를 사용하여 조사각을 조절하고 ON, OFF하므로서, 야간에 고속도로 주행시 좌, 우헤드라이트(1) (1')가 하이빔 위치로 될때 중간조명용헤드라이트(2)를 로우빔 위치에 놓이므로서 전방의 시야가 넓여져서 밝게 되고, 특히 많은 차량의 정체운행시에는 좌, 우헤드라이트(1) (1')를 끄고 차폭등과 중간헤드라이트(2)만 켜게하면 마주오는 차량의 운전자의 시야가 방해되지 않으므로 안전운행에 크게 기여할 수 있게 된다.
이와 같이 된 본 고안은 자동차의 안전운행에 기여하고, 자동차의 장식효과를 향상시킬 수 있는 매우 유용한 고안이다.

  1. 자동차의 차량전방에 설치된 전조등에 있어서, 좌, 우헤드라이트(1) (1')중간부에 조사각도를 ON, OFF스위치(3)에 의하여 조작되는 중간조명용 헤드라이트(2)를 착설함을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 중간전조등장치.
