Claims (10)
- 요소와 알카리금속 카보네이트를, 알카리금속 카보네이트는 용해시키지 않고 요소만을 선택적으로 용해시키는 용매중에서 가열함을 특징으로 하는 알카리금속 시아네이트의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 용매가 1,2-디클로로벤젠, 벤조니트릴, 2-페닐부탄 및 메시틸렌으로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 용매가 1,2-디클로로벤젠임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 알카리금속이 나트륨임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 130℃ 내지 180℃의 온도범위내에서 가열함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 알카리금속 카보네이트가 화학량론적 과량임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 알카리금속 시아네이트를 동일 반응계내에서 디알킬설페이트와 추가로 반응시켜 상응하는 알킬이소시아네이트를 제조함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 디알킬설페이트가 디메틸설페이트이고 생성물이 메틸 이소시아네이트임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 요소와 화학량론적 과량의 탄산나트륨을 1,2-디클로로벤젠 중에서 130℃ 내지 180℃ 온도범위에서 가열함으로써 나트륨 시아네이트를 제조하는 방법.
- 요소와 화학량론적 과량의 탄산나트륨을 1,2-디클로로벤젠 중에서 130℃ 내지 180℃ 온도범위에서 가열하여 나트륨 시아네이트를 제조한 후, 생성된 나트륨 시아네이트를 디메틸설페이트와 동일 반응계내에서 반응시킴으로써 메틸 이소시아네이트를 제조하는 방법.
