Claims (17)
- 적어도 트랙번지(63)을 포함하는 헤더신호(67)을 사전에 기록한 프리포매트영역과 데이타기록영역(66)이 트랙에 따라서 질대로 배열된 기록매체(1)에 레이저빔(185)를 조사하여 정보를 기록재생하는 정보기록 재생방법에 있어서, 기록해야할 데이타(30)을 바라는 코드(31)로 변환하는 스텝, 상기 코드(31)을 상승과 하강이 상기 로드의 1에 대응하는 코드(32)로 변환하는 스텝, 상기 코드(32)를 나타내는 펄스폭을 상기 기록매체상에서의 상기 레이저빔의 선속도에 따라서 보정한 기록펄스(33)을 얻는 스텝, 상기 기록펄스(33) 에 따라서 강도를 하이레벨, 로우레벨로 변조한 레이저빔(34)에서 상기 기록매체의 상기 데이타 기록영역위를 주사하는 것에 의해서 상기 코드(31)의 1이 앞가장자리와 뒤가장자리에 대응하는 기록마크(35)를 상기 데이타기록영역에 기록하는 스텝, 상기 기록매체에 기록된 상기 기록마크(35)에 대응하는 재생신호(36)에 응답하여 상기 기록마크의 앞가장자리와 뒤가장자리에 대응한 에지펄스(39,40)을 각각 독립적으로 검출하는 스텝과 상기 검출한 양에지펄스(39,40)의 시간간격을 보정하여 상기 코드(31)에 대응하는 신호(41)을 얻는 스텝을 포함하는 정보기록 재생방법.
- 적어도 트랙번지(63)을 포함하는 헤더 신호(67)을 사전에 기록한 프리포매트영역과 데이타기록영역(66)이 트랙에 따라서 교대로 배열된 디스크형상 기록매체(1)에 레이저빔(185)을 조사하는 광헤드(3), 기록 해야할 데이타(30)을 바라는 코드(31)로 변환하는 부호기(13), 상기 코드(31)을 상승 및 하강이 상기 코드 의 1에 대응하는 코드(32)로 변환하고, 상기 코드를 나타내는 펄스폭을 상기 기록매체상에서의 상기 레이저 빔의 신속도에 따라서 보정한 기록펄스(33)을 얻는 펄스폭 설정수단(15), 상기 광헤드(3)에서의 상기 레이저 빔에서 상기 기록매체의 상기 데이타기록영역위를 주사하는 것에 의해서 상기 코드(31)의 1이 앞가장자리와 뒤가장자리에 대응하는 기록마크(35)를 상기 데이타기록영역(66)에 기록하도록 상기 펄스폭 설정수단(15)에 서의 상기 기록펄스(33)에 따라서 상기 레이저빔의 강도를 하이레벨, 로우레벨로 변조하는 레이저 구동수단(18), 상기 기록매체에 기록된 상기 기록마크(35)에 대응하는 재생신호(36)에 응답하여 상기 기록마크의 앞가장자리와 뒤가장자리에 대응한 에지펄스(39,40)을 각각 독립적으로 검출하는 검출수단(71,73,72,74)륵 상기 검출수단에 의해 검출한 양에지펄스(39,40)의 시간 간격을 보정하여 상기 코드(31)에 대응하는 신호(41)을 얻는 재생수단(81)늘 포함하는 광디스크 기록재생장치.
- 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코드(32)를 소정시간 지연한 여러개의 코드신호에서 상기 선속도에 따라서 하나를 선택하고, 상기 선택된 코드 신호와 상기 코드(32)의 논리곱을 취하는 것에 의해 상기 기록펄스(33)을 얻는 정보기록 재생방법.
- 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 있어서, 기록시에 상기 선속도에 따라서 상기 레이저빔의 파워를 제어하는 정보기록 재생방법.
- 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 있어서, 기록시에 상기 레이저빔에서 상기 기록매체위를 주사하는 것에 의해서 상기 프리포매트영역에서 리드되는 상기 트랙번지(63)을 사용하여 상기 기록매체상에서의 상기 레이저빔의 선속도를 검출하는 정보기록 재생방법.
- 특허청구의 범위 제1항, 제3항, 제4항, 또는 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 기록시에 상기 코드(31)을 상기 코드(32)로 변환할때에 상기 레이저빔에 의한 상기 데이타 기록영역의 각각의 주사종료시에 상기 레이저빔의 강도가 로우레벨로 되도록 상기 데이타기록영역을 지정하는 게이트신호(55)에서 상기 코드(32)를 나타네는 펄스폭을 하강하는 정보기록 재생방법.
- 특허청구의 범위 제1항, 제3항, 또는 제4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 레이저빔을 조사하는 광헤드(3)의 위치를 검출하기 위한 외부스켈을 마련하고, 기록시에 상기 외부 스켈에서의 신호를 사용하여 상기 기록매체상에서의 상기 레이저빔의 선속도를 검출하는 정보기록 재생방법.
- 특허청구의 범위 제1항, 제3항 또는 제4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 프리또매트영역에 사전에 기록된 상기 헤더 신호(67)은 상기 데이타기록영역(66)에 기록되는 데이터신호와 다른 형태로 기록되는 정보기록 재생방법.
- 특허청구의 범위 제8항에 있어서, 상기 헤더신호(67)은 피트포지션 기록방식을 사용하여 형성되는 정보기록 재생방법.
- 특허청구의 범위 제6항에 있어서, 기록시에 상기 코드(31)이 최고밀도 기록패턴인 경우에 상기 레이 저빔의 파워를 크게하거나 또는 상기 코드(32)를 나타내는 펄스의 하강을 제어하는 정보기록 재생방법.
- 특허청구의 범위 제2항에 있어서, 상기 광헤드(3)은 상기 레이저 구동수단(18)에 의해서 구동 제어되는 레이저수단(4), 상기 레이저수단(4)에서의 레이저빔을 상기 기록매체(1)에 촛점맞춤하는 광학계(5,8)및 상기 기록매체에서의 반사빔을 수신하여 전기적신호를 변환하는 광전변환수단(9)로 구성되는 광디스크 기록재생장치.
- 특허청구의 범위 제2항에 있어서, 상기 펄스폭 설정수단(15)는 상승 및 하강이 상기 코드(31)의 1에 대응하는 상기 코드(32)를 소정시간 지연한 여러개의 코드신호를 출력하는 지연수단(45), 상기 지연수단에서의 여러개의 코드신호의 하나를 상기 선속도에 따라서 선택하는 선택수단(46) 및 상기 선택된 코드신호와 상기 코드(32)의 논리곱을 취하는 수단(47)로 구성되는 광디스크 기록재생장치.
- 특허청구의 범위 제2항에 있어서, 기록시에 상기 선속도에 따라서 상기 레이저빔의 파워를 제어하는 파워설정수단(16)을 포함하는 광디스크 기록재생장치.
- 특허청구의 범위 제2항에 있어서, 기록시에 상기 레이저빔에서 상기 기록매체위를 주사하는 것에 의해서 상기 프리포매트영역에서 리드되는 상기 트랙번지(63)을 사용하여 상기 기록매체상에서의 상기 레이저 빔의 선속도를 검출하는 광디스크 기록재생장치.
- 특허청구의 범위 제2항, 제11항, 제12항, 제13항 또는 제14항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 기록시에 상기코드(31)을 상기 코드(32)로 변환할때에 상기 레이저빔에 의한 상기 데이타기록영역의 각각의 주사종료시에 상기 레이저빔의 강도가 로우레벨로 되도록 상기 데이타기록영역을 지정하는 게이트신호(55)에서 상기 코드(32)를 나타내는 펄스를 하강하는 광디스크 기록재생장치.
- 특허청구의 범위 제15항에 있어서, 상기 앞가장자리에 대응한 에지펄스(39)와 상기 뒤가장자리에 대응한 에지펄스(40)에서 각각 셀프클럭을 발생하는 수단(75,76)을 별개로 독립해서 마련하는 광디스크 기록재생장치.
