Claims (15)

  1. 밸브 시이트의 표면을 밸브시이트 재료의 국부적 강화를 초래시키는 감쇠틈새의 형상을 갖춘 스탬핑 공구와 접촉시키는 단계로 구성되고, 스탬핑 공구의 운동에너지에 형성되는 단지 수 1/100mm정도의 깊이로써 전자밸브의 밸브시이트에서의 액압 감쇠틈새를 제작하는 단계로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  2. 자기회로, 아마츄어 및 아마츄어가 충돌하는 밸브시이트로 구성된 전자 연료분사기에 있어서, 그 개량책은 깊이가 3/100mm를 초과하지 않는 액압감쇠틈새를 수용하는 상기 밸브시이트상의 복수으 충격표면으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 연료분사기.
  3. 자기회로, 애머추어, 및 플랫밸브시이트로 구성된 전자연료 분사기에 있어서 ,밸브시이트의 변은 아마츄어를 액압적으로 안내하기 위하여 깊이가 1/100mm보다도 작은 하나 또는 그 이상의 감쇠틈새를 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 전자연료 분사기.
  4. 자기코일, 아마츄어 및 리셋스프링으로 구성된 전자연료 분사기에 있어서, 상기 애머추어는 기계적으로 방사항으로 안내되며, 보올타임 둘레를 갖추고, 자기코일의 중심에 배치된 밸브시이트 상에 충돌하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자연료 분사기.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 스탬프 공구의 압력점은 감쇠틈새의 중심과 일치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자연료분사기에서 액압 감쇠틈새를 제작하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 몇몇 감쇠틈새가 동시에 제작되고, 스탬핑 공구의 압력점이 감쇠틈새의 중심과 일치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자연료 분사기에서 액압감쇠 틈새를 제작하는 방법.
  7. 제2항에 있어서, 감쇠틈새가 아마츄어의 액압안내를 야기시키는 것을 특징으로하는 전자 연료 분사기.
  8. 제4항에 있어서, 밸브시이트는 아마츄어의 액압 안내하는 역할을 하는 하나 또는 그 이상의 액압 감쇠틈새로써 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 연료분사기.
  9. 제3항에 있어서, 밸브는 몇몇 노즐과 접촉하는 2루우브-타입연료 수집공간을 갖춘 2개의 밸브시이트로써 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 전자연료 분사기.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 몇몇 액압감쇠 틈새는 그루우쓰-타입 연료수짐 공간내부에 배열되고, 상기 감쇠틈새는 노즐사이에 위치되며, 연료유동을 각각의 노즐로 분리시키는 목적의 역할을 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자연료 분사기.
  11. 제3항에 있어서, 하나 또는 그 이상의 밸브시이트가 액압감쇠 틈새에 의해 바로 둘러싸이고 액압감쇠 틈새 다음의 적어도 하나의 밸브시이트 에지가 액압 감쇠틈새와 동시에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전자연료 분사기.
  12. 제3항에 있어서, 액압 감쇠틈새는 밸브시이트 내부에 위치된 것을 특징으로 하는 전자연료 분사기.
  13. 제3항에 있어서, 디퓨저는 밸브시이트 아래에 위치되고 내부로 경사진 에지를 가진 것을 특징으로하는 전자연료 분사기.
  14. 제3항에 있어서, 액압감쇠 틈새는 플랫밸브 밀폐장치에 위치된 것을 특징으로 하는 전자연료 분사기.
  15. 제2항에 있어서, 액압감쇠 틈새는 재료를 이동시키는 공정에 의해 만들어 지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자연료 분사기.
