Claims (12)
- 축에서 회전가능하고 방사상 내부표면을 갖는 드럼, 지지물, 이 지지물에 설치되고 지지물에 대하여 이동가능한 브레이크 부재, 방사상 외부표면을 갖는 원형태의 고강도 탄성의 슈 및 상기 외부표면에 설치되고 상기 원형태 둘레로 연장되는 적어도 하나의 마찰라이닝을 포함하는 상기 브레이크 부재, 작동장치가 장치되어 상기라이닝이 상기 드럼 내부 표면에 접촉하여 상기 드럼에 브레이크 작용을 제공하도록 상기 브레이크부재를 직경으로 확장되게하는 작동장치, 자체길이의 주요 부분에 걸쳐 일정한 단면을 형성하는 상기 슈, 상기 슈가 상기 라이닝의 전체 길이에 걸쳐 상기 라이닝을 상당히 지지하도록 상기 슈가 제조되는 상기 일정 단면의 형태 및 재료, 상기 작동장치가 늦추어질때 상기 슈가 상기 라이닝을 이동시켜 상기 드럼 내부표면과의 접촉이 해제되도록 상기슈가 직경으로 수축되는 상기 슈의 탄성을 포함하는 드럼 브레이크 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 슈가 상기 외부표면이 형성되는 세장웨브 및 상기 웨브에서 방사상 내향으로 돌출하는 적어도 하나의 공통으로 연장되는 플랜지를 포함하는 드럼 브레이크 조립체.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 슈가 상기 웨브의 측변부에서 내향 연장되는 한쌍의 평행 플랜지를 갖는 채널형태의 단면형태로 이루어진 드럼 브레이크 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서. 상기 라이닝이 상기 슈에 설치된후 예정된 원둘레 형태로 기계가공된 드럼 브레이크 조립체.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 예정된 형태가 원이고 상기 기계가공이 상기 슈가 예정된 크기로 확장된 후 상기 라이닝에서 행해지는 드럼 브레이크 조립체.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 원형태는 상기 브레이크 부재가 사용되기에 적합한 상기 드럼의 내부표면의 직경과 동일한 직경을 갖는 드럼 브레이크 조립체.
- 드럼브레이크용 브레이크 부재의 제조방법에 있어서, 가)고강도 탄성재료로 원형태로 브레이크 부재의 슈를 제조하는 단계 나)슈의 방사상 외부표면에 마찰 라이닝을 고정하는 단계 다)직경으로 슈를 확정시키기위한 확장장치를 포함하는 브레이크 부재를 지그에 고정하는 단계 라)상기 확장장치로 슈의 직경을 예정된 크기로 확장하는 단계 마)상기 라이닝의 방사상 외부표면을 원형태로 기계가공하는 단계로 구성된 브레이크 부재의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 확장장치가 지그에 고정된 고정접촉블럭을 포함하고 슈의 직경을 확장하는 상기 단계가 상기 브레이크 부재가 지그에 고정될때 자동으로 이루어지는 브레이크 부재의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 슈의 직경을 확장하는 단계가 라이닝의 둘레외부표면을 비-원형태로 찌그러들게하는 브레이크 부재의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 슈가 작동되게 함께 사용되는 드럼의 방사상 내부표면의 직경과 동일한 직경을 갖는 원형태로 기계가공된 브레이크 부재의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 따른 드럼 브레이크 조립체용 브레이크부재.
- 방사상 외부표면을 갖는 고강도 탄성의 슈 및 상기 외부 표면에 설치된 적어도 하나의 마찰 라이닝, 슈길이의 적어도 주요부분에 걸쳐 일정 단면형태로 이루어진 상기 슈, 상기 슈가 상기 라이닝의 전체 길이에 걸쳐 상기 라이닝을 지지하도륵 상기 슈가 제조되는 상기 일정 단면의 형태 및 재료, 상기 조립체상의 작동장치에의해 사용시 확장되기에 적합한 상기 슈, 상기 작동장치가 늦추어짙때 슈가 직경으로 수축되는 슈의 탄성을 포함하는 드럼 브레이크 조립체용 브레이크 부재.※참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
