Claims (8)
- 소거하면서 새로운 정보의 서입이 가능한 광학식 기록장치에 있어서, 기록용 비임(B2) 및 소거용 비임(B1)를 위한 최소한 2개의 방사점을 갖는 레이저다이오드 수단(10), 및 최소한 상기 소거용 비임(B1)의 기록매체로부터의 반사광 또는 투과광을 수신하기 위한 포토센서 수단(18,19)를 갖고, 어드레스 신호 및 정보신호가 기록되는 나선형 또는 동심원상의 트랙(T)에 대해서 상기 기록용 비임(B2)과 소거용 비임(B1)이 상이한 트랙(T)에 대해서 조사되며, 또한, 상기 소거용 비임(B1)의 반사광 또는 투과광에 대응하는 위치에 어드레스 신호 검출용의 상기 포토센서 수단(18,19)이 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학식 기록장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 소거용 비임(B1)으로부터 어드레스 신호를 얻고, 기록용 비임(B2)으로부터 포커스 에러 및 또는 트랙킹 에러신호를 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학식 기록장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 푸시 풀 형식으로된 2개의 포토센서(21,23)에 의해 재생신호가 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학식 기록장치.
- 소거하면서 새로운 정보의 서입이 가능한 광학식 기록장치에 있어서, 기록용 비임(B2), 소거용 비임(B1) 및 제어용 비임(B3)을 위한 최소한 3개의 방사점을 갖는 레이저다이오드 수단(120), 및 최소한 상기 제어용 비임(B3)의 기록매체로부터의 반사광 또는 투과광을 수신하기 위한 포토센서 수단(18,19)을 갖고, 어드레스 신호(A)가 기록되어 있는 나선형 또는 동심원상의 제어 트랙(CT)에 대해서 상기 제어용 비임(B3)에 조사됨과 동시에 정보신호가 기록되는 나선형 또는 동심원상의 기록 트랙(T)에 대해서 상기 기록용 비임(B2)과 소거용 비임(B1)이 상이한 기록 트랙(T)에 대해서 조사되며, 또한 상기 제어용 비임(B3)의 기록매체로부터의 반사광 또는 투과광에 대응하는 위치에 어드레스 신호 검출용의 상기 포토센서 수단(18,19)이 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학식 기록장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 기록 트랙(T)과 제어 트랙(CT)(어드레스 신호(A)가 기록 되어 있음)이 별개로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 광학식 기록장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 제어용 트랙(CT)을 조사하는 제어용 비임(B3)으로부터 어드레스 신호(A), 포커스 에러신호, 및 트랙킹 에러신호를 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학식 기록장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 제어용 비임(B3)이 2개 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학식 기록장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 기록 트랙(T)의 폭(W1)이 제어 트랙(CT)의 폭(W2)보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 광학식 기록장치.
