Claims (7)
- 조리실(11), 조리실(11)내에 음식물을 지지하는 컨베이어(26), 공기의 원주형분사류를 형성하여 컨베이어(26)에 지지된 음식물의 불연속 부위에 전술한 분사류를 충격시키도록 전기한 조리실(11) 내제 설치된 다수의 공기 분배관(40a)(40b)(42a)(42b), 전기한 분배관(40a) (40b)(42a)(42b) 속으로 공기를 공급하기 위하여 전기한 분배관에 연결된 다수의 급기통(54a)(54b)및 전기한 분배관 속으로 공급되는 공기를 가열하는 장치로 구성된 음식물 제조용 오븐에 있어서 이 오븐이 급기통(54a)(54b)속으로 공기를 공급하도록 각개 급기통들에 결합된 축류 들은 음식물에 충돌한 공기가 공기 분배관(40a)(40b)(42a)(42b)들 중의 최소한 2개의 분배관 사이를 거쳐 팬으로 돌아가도록 팬(52a)(52b)중의 하나로 결합되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 음식물제조용 오븐.
- 청구범위 l항에서, 급기통(54a)(54b)이 2개이고 급기통(54a)(54b)들은 각각 그에 결합된 최소한 하나의 팬(52a)(52b)를 갖고 있으며 전기한 급기통(54a)(54b)은 각각 전기한 다수의 분배관(40a)(40b)(42a)(42b)에 공기를 공급하도록 된 것임을 특징으로 하는 오븐.
- 청구범위 1항에서, 전기한 급기통(52a)(52b)들이 서로 반대 방향으로 회전하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 오븐.
- 청구범위 1항에서, 전기한 급기통(54a)(54b)이 관련되는 분배관(40a)(40b)(42a)(42b) 속으로 공기를 직진하여 들어가도록 유도하는 최소한 하나의 공기 유도판(62a)(62b)(92)을 갖고 있음을 특징으로 하는 오븐.
- 청구범위 4항에서, 유도판(62a)(62b)가 급기통(54a)(54b)의 중앙부에 수직으로 되게 착설되었음을 특징으로 하는 오븐.
- 청구범위 4항에서, 전기한 유도판(92)이 하나의 급기통(54a)(54b)에 착설된 다수의 만곡진 유도판으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 오븐.
