Claims (8)
- 조리실(12), 음식물을 지지하여 조리실 내부로 이송시키는 컨베이어(30), 공기의 원주형 분사류를 형성하여 컨베이어(30)위에 지지된 음식물의 불연속적인 부위에 전기한 분사류를 충격 시키도록 조리실(12)내에 설치된 다수의 공기 분배관(32a)(32b)(34a)(34b), 전기한 분배관(32)(34)에 결합된 다수의 급기통(48a)(48b) 및 급기통(48a)(48b)에 공기를 공급하도록 급기통(48a)(48b)에 곁합된 다수의 팬(46a)(46b)으로 구성된 음식물 제조용 오븐에 있어서, 하나의 버어너(70)가 다수의 급기통(48)에 공급되는 공기를 가열할 수 있도록 설치되었고 이 버어너(70)는 버어너(70)에서 나오는 열 에너지를 전기한 다수의 급기통(48)에 선택적으로 배분하는 화염유도판(96)을 갖고 있음을 특징으로 하는 음식물 제조용 오븐.
- 청구범위 1항에서, 전기한 화엄유도판(96)이 버어너(70)의 화염을 선택적으로 편향되게 유도할 수 있도록 회동 시킬 수 있게 된 것임을 특징으로 하는 오븐.
- 청구범위 1항에서, 유도판(96)이 버어너의 화염을 편향 되게 유도할 수 있도록 절곡 가능한 판상체(96)로 되었음을 특징으로 하는 오븐.
- 청구범위 1항에서, 버어너(70)가 부압 구역을 생성시켜 화염을 오븐의 최소한 일측벽(42)으로부터 떨어지도록 유도하는 화염 차단판(102)을 갖고 있음을 특징으로 하는 오븐.
- 청구범위 4항에서, 차단판(102)이 조리실(12)로부터 급기통(48)쪽으로 회수되는 환류 공기류의 진로에있는 버어너(70)의 화염 전방에 위치함을 특징으로 하는 오븐.
- 청구범위 1항에서, 버어너(70)의 화염이 전기한 급기통(48)들 사이로 배출되게 되었음을 특징으로 하는 오븐.
- 청구범위 1항에서, 버어너(70)가 일단에 화염 배출공(94)을 갖고 있는 관상부재로 된 화염 배기부(88)을 포함하고 배기부(88)의 단부에는 화염 유도판(96)을 갖는 단부캡(92)이 착설되었으며 유도판(96)의 경사각도는 절곡부(98)에서 선택적으로 번경 시킬 수 있게 되었음을 특징으로 하는 오븐.
- 청구범위 7항에서, 배기부(88)가 화염 배출공(94) 전방에 위치하도록 배기부 동체(90)에 고정된 차단판(102)을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 하는 오븐.
