- 아밀레이스 저해제를 생산해내는 것을 특징으로 하는 스트렙토 마이세스 sp.Y-125(KCTC 8387P).
- 스트렙토 마이세스 sp.Y-125(KCTC 8387P) 균주의 배양물로부터 분리해낸 아밀레이스 저해제.
- 스트렙토 마이세스 sp.Y-125(KCTC 8387P) 균주를 배양하고 그 배양물로부터 아밀레이스 저해제를 분리해내는 것을 특징으로 하는 아밀레이스 저해제의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 아밀레이스 저해제는 그 분자량이 700 내지 1500이고, pH 2 내지 12에서 안정한 것을 특징으로 하는것.
