Claims (5)
- 영구자석 계자를 갖는 실제적으로 평판형의 모터 케이스나 이 모터 케이스의 개구단면에 결합되는 모터케이스 덮개와, 상기 모터 케이스의 폐쇄되어 있는 단면에 모여진 제1의 베어링과 상기 모터 케이스 덮개에 모여진 제2의 베어링에 회전이 가능하게 지지된 모터 회전축을 갖는 회전자와, 상기 모터 케이스 덮개에 지지되어서 상기 모터 회전축 위에 모여진 전류자편에 미끄러지는 브러시를 갖는 평판형 소형 모터에 있어서, 상기한 회전자를 구성하는 적충코아의 가장 외부 단면에 상기한 코아를 실질상 피복하는 날개부를 갖는 절연코아를 구비함과 동시에, 이 절연코아는 중심부에 상기 모터 회전축이 관통하는 관통 구멍과 이 관통공의 주변에 모여져서 복수의 상기한 정류자편의 입상 부분이 결합되는 복수개의 절결을 갖는 중공 원통형 부분을 구비하고, 상기한 정류자편으로 형성되는 정류자면이 상기한 중공 원통형 부분의 내측에 있어서 상기한 모터 회전축 위에 형성되고, 또한 회전자 코일이 상기 절연코아의 상기 중공 원통형 부분의 외주면에 지지되어서 상기 절연코아의 날개부분에서 피복된 적충코아 위에 감겨져, 상기 브러시는 상기한 절연코아의 상기 중공 원통형 부분의 내측에 형성되어 있는 전류자면을 미끄러지도록 구성시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 평판형 소형 모터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 중공 원통형 부분이 적층 코아의 면에서 말하자면 직각으로 입상하는 형으로 되며, 모터 회전축에 따르는 형으로부가 형성이 되고 이부내에 정류자편이 소정의 각 위치 간격으로 배치되며, 또한, 정류자편의 입상부분이 상기한 중공 원통형 부분의 절결부에 결합하도록 형성되어지는 구성을 특징으로하는 평판형 소형 모터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 중공 원통형 부분내에 환상으로 형성된 불꽃 발생 방지용 직선 저항체 링이 워셔와 동심형으로 배치되어, 상기 입상부분과 전기적으로 접속되어 있는 구성을 특징으로하는 평판형 소형 모터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 브러시는형으로 형성되고, 실질상 영어 소문자 h형의 형상을 갖는 단자부의 2개의 각부가 모터 케이스 덮개에 매입되도록 하여 고정이 되고, 모터 단자에 전기적으로 접속되어 있는 구성을 특징으로 하는 평판형 소형 모터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 브러시의 습동편이 벨리륨 등을 기재로 하여 판형으로 구성이 되고, 표면의 소정 부분에 팔라듐 합금층을 형성하여 구성이 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 평판형 소형 모터.
