Claims (4)
- 액정패널을 교류구동하는 액정표시장치의 구동회로에 있어서, 액정패널의 한쪽의 전극에 인가하는 표시용의 신호전압과, 상기 액정패널의 공통전극에 인가하는 공통전압을, 각각 일정주기로 극성반전시키는 극성반전 수단과, 그 일정주기로 극성반전되고 있는 신호전압과 공통전압과의 적어도 한쪽의 전압의 직류레벨을 각 주기 다같이 같은 방향으로 같은 양만큼 변화시키는 직류레벨시프트 수단을 구비하고, 상기 직류레벨시프트 수단은 극성반전된 신호전압을 출력하는 트랜지스터와, 이 트랜지스터의 이미터에 접속된 제1, 제2저항의 직렬회로와, 이 제1, 제2저항의 접속점에 설치된 신호전압의 출력단자와, 상기 제2저항과 병렬로 접속되고 전류치를 조정가능한 정전류원을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 구동회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 정전류원은 트랜지스터와 가변저항과의 직렬회로를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 구동회로.
- 액정패널을 교류구동하는 액정표시장치의 구동회로에 있어서, 액정패널의 한쪽의 전극에 인가하는 표시용의 신호전압과, 상기 액정패널의 공통전극에 인가하는 공통전압을, 각각 일정주기로 극성반전시키는 극성반전 수단과, 그 일정주기로 극성반전되고 있는 신호전압과 공통전압과의 적어도 한쪽의 전압의 직류레벨을 각 주기 다같이 같은 방향으로 같은 양만큼 변화시키는 직류레벨시프트 수단을 구비하고, 공통전압을 극성반전하는 수단은, 정전압소자와, 이 정전압소자의 양단으로부터 각각 뽑아내어서 2개의 전압을 일정주기마다 교호로 절환해서 출력하는 수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 구동회로.
- 제5항에 있어서, 직류레벨시프트 수단은, 정전압소자에 인가하는 전압을 변화시키는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 구동회로.
