- 제1항에 있어서, 이온선택성층이 방향족계 아미드 또는 디아미드류, 지방족계 아미드 또는 디아미드류 및 크라운 화합물과의 군에서 선택된 물질을 이온캐리어 물질로서 함유하는 유기고분자막으로 구성되고, 나트륨 이온을 선택함을 특징으로 하는 이온선택성 FET 센서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이온선택성층이 칼슘 비스[디-(n-옥틸페닐)포스페이트], (-)-(R,R)-N,N'-비스[(11-에톡시카르보닐)운데실]-N,N', 4,5-테트라메틸-3,6-디옥사옥탄디아미드, 칼슘 비스[디(n-데실)포스페이트]등의 군에서 선택된 물질을 이온 캐리어 물질로서 함유하는 유기고분자막으로 구성되고, 칼슘이온을 선택함을 특징으로 하는 이온선택성 FET 센서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이온선택성층이 모낙틴을 함유하는 노낙틴의 기를 이온 캐리어 물질로서 함유하는 유기고분자막으로 구성되고, 암모늄이온을 선택함을 특징으로 하는 이온선택성 FET 센서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이온선택성층이 N,N'-디헵틸-N,N'-디메틸-1,4-부탄디아미드의 군에서 선택된 이온 캐리어 물질을 함유하는 유기고분자막으로 구성되고, 마그네슘이온을 선택함을 특징으로 하는 이온선택성 FET 센서.
- MOSFET, 이 MOSFET의 게이트부의 절연막 표면을 덮는 도전성을 나타내는 도전성층, 이 도전성층의 표면을 덮는 산화환원기능을 나타내는 산화환원기능층 및 이 산화환원기능층의 표면을 덮는 이온선택성을 나타내는 이온선택성층을 구비함을 특징으로 하는 이온선택성 FET 센서.
- 제20항에 있어서, 산화환원기능층이 퀴논-히드로퀴논형의 산화환원반응을 행하는 물질의 군에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 이온선택성 FET 센서.
- 제20항에 있어서, 산화환원기능층이 아민-퀴노이드형의 산화환원반응을 행하는 물질의 군에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 이온선택성 FET 센서.
- 제20항에 있어서, 산화환원기능층이 폴리(피롤), 폴리(티에닐렌) 등의 도전성 물질의 군에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 이온선택성 FET 센서.
- 제20항에 있어서, 산화환원기능층의 두께가 0.01㎛에서 1.0mm의 사이임을 특징으로 하는 이온선택성 FET 센서.
- 제20항에 있어서, 도전성층이 탄소, 금속, 금속산화물의 군에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 이온선택성 FET 센서.
- 제25항에 있어서, 도전성층이 다층구조임을 특징으로 하는 이온선택성 FET 센서.

- 제20항에 있어서, 이온선택성층이 모낙틴을 함유하는 노낙틴의 군을 이온 캐리어 물질로서 함유하는 유기고분자막으로 구성되고, 암모늄이온을 선택함을 특징으로 하는 이온선택성 FET 센서.
