Claims (8)
- 판유리 가공 시스템용 콘베어장치에 사용되어 가열된 판유리(G)를 반송하는 통상의 반송로울러에 있어서, 구동 수단에 의하여 회전 구동되는 가늘고 긴 심재(62)와 기계적 강도 및 내열성이 뛰어난 한가지 이상의 섬유(68)로서 되어 있는 펠트재(64)로 구성되며, 상기 펠트재(64)는 유리 섬유로 직성된 기포에 10-50wt%의 아라미드 섬유와, 50-80wt%의 카아본 섬유를 니이들링에 의해 락설한 것을 특징으로 하며, 상기 심재(62)의 외주면에 장착되어 상기 판유리(G)를 지지하는 지지체로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로하는 판유리(G) 가공 시스템용 콘베어장치의 반송로울러.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 아라미드 섬유와 카아본 섬유의 지름은, 다같이 2-18μ의 범위 임을 특징으로하는 판유리 가공 시스템용 콘베어장치의 반송로울러.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 펠트재(64)의 두께는 3-l0mm의 범위임을 특징으로하는 판유리(G) 가공 시스템용 콘베어장치의 반송로울러. .
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 펠트재(64)는 슬릴이브 형상으로 형성됨과 동시에 상기 심재(62)에 접착제로 첨착되어짐을 특징으로하는 판유리 가공 시스템용 콘베어장치의 반송로울러.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 펠트재(64)는 가늘고 긴 테이프 형상으로 형성되어 짐과 동시에 상기 심재(62)에 나선 형상으로 감져기고 또한 첨착되는 것을 특징으로하는 판유리 가공 시스템용 콘베어장치의 반송로울러.
- 판유리 가공 시스템용 큰베어장치에 사용되어 가열된 판유리(G)를 반송하는 통상의 반송로울러에 있어서, 구동수단에 의하여 회전구동되는 가늘고 긴 심재(62)와, 기계적 강도 및 내열성이 뛰어난 한가지 이상의 섬유(68)로서 되어 있는 펠트재(70)로 구성되며, 상기 펠트재(70)가 유리 섬유로 직성된 기포의 양면에 50wt%의 아라미드 섬유와 30wt%의 카아본 섬유, 그리고 20wt%의 스테인리스 섬유를 니이들링에 의해 락설한것을 특징으로하며, 상기 심재(62) 외주면에 장착되어 상기 판유리(G)를 지지하는 지지체로 되어있는 것을 특징으로하는 판유리(G)가공 시스템용 콘베어장치의 반송로울러.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 아라미드 섬유, 카아본 섬유, 스테인리스 섬유의 지름은 다같이 2-18μ의 범위임을 특징으로하는 판유리 가공 시스템용 콘베어장치의 반송로울러.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 펠트재(70)의 두께는 3-10mm의 범위임을 특징으로하는 판유리 가공 시스템용 콘베어장치의 반송로울러.
