Claims (25)
- 시이트 라벨이(1) 용기와 인접하여 슬리브 내부에 사용하기 위한 폴리스티렌 발포층과(2) 폴리올레핀, 폴리스티렌 및 결합스티렌의 양이 35-55wt.%이며 분자량(수평균)이 50,000-100,000인 스티렌과 부타디엔의 블록 공중합체에 해당하는 양립성제의 혼합물을 압출함으로써 형성된 외부 표피층으로 구성되고, 이때 양립성제는 라벨의 견고성을 향상시키기 위하여 표피층과 발포층의 경계면에 양립성과 한계 부착력을 부여할 수 있도록 효과적인 양으로 사용되며, 폴리올레핀의 양은 라벨의 표피층에 외부의 열을 적용시킬 때 표피층의 외부표면에 불필요한 주름을 방지하기 위하여 발포층의 수축율과 부합할 수 있는 수축율을 표피층에 부여할 수 있는 효과적인 양으로 사용되고, 또 폴리올레핀의 양은 외부표피면을 가열할때 발포층 하부에 주름을 형성시키지 않는 정도로 표피층의 수축력을 부여하는데 효과적인 정도로 사용되며, 슬리브는 초음파, 고온공기 및 열 밀봉에 의해 밀봉될 수도 있는, 용기상에서 용매밀봉 라벨 슬리브로서 사용하기 적합한 동시압출한 복수층의 시이트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 혼합물이 폴리올레핀 5-50wt.% 폴리스티렌 15-25wt.% 및 양립성제 5-50wt.%로 구성되는 경우의 시이트.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀이 고밀도 폴리올레핀이고 블록 공중합체인 양립성제가 38-53wt.%의 결합 스티렌을 함유하는 경우의 시이트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 혼합물이 40wt.%의 고밀도 폴리에틸렌, 20wt.%의 폴리스티렌 및 43wt.%의 결합 스티렌을 함유한 스티렌과 부타디엔의 블록 공중합체 40wt.%로 구성되는 경우의 시이트.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 혼합물이 열 및 산소에 노출됨으로써 블록 공중합체가 분해되는 것을 방지하기 위하여 산화억제제를 포함하는 경우의 시이트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 표피층의 올레핀이, 용기를 꼭 맞게 감싸기 위해서 라벨의 주요 몸통부 보다 라벨의 끝부분이 최소한 20% 이상 더 수축해야 할때에도, 발포층의 하부와 외부 표피층 표면상의 결점과 주름이 없게 전체 라벨이 수축할 수 있는 정도의 수축율을 표피층에 부여하는 경우의 시이트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 표피층내의 폴리올레핀 양이 20-40wt.%인 경우의 시이트.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀이 고밀도 폴리에틸렌이고 사용된 양이 30-40wt.%인 경우의 시이트.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 사용된 폴리에틸렌의 양이 40wt.%인 경우의 시이트.
- (1) 용기에 인접하는 슬리브 내부로 적용한 폴리스티렌 발포층과 (2) 5-50wt.%의 폴리올레핀, 15-25Wt.%의 폴리스티렌 및 효과적인 양의 양립성제의 혼합물을 압출함으로써 형성된 단단한 표피로 구성되고 인쇄 또는 장식하기에 적합한 외부 표피층으로 구성되는 것으로서, 이때 효과적인 양의 양립성제는 표피층과 발포층 사이의 경계면에서 라벨에 견고성, 밀봉성 및 양호한 밀봉강도를 부여하기에 충분한 양립성과 소요량의 부착력을 부여하기 위한 것이며, 양립성제는 스티렌과 부타디엔의 블록 공중합체로 구성되고, 폴리올레핀은 라벨이 주름없이 용기상에 열수축될 수 있도록 표피층에 수축율과 한계수축을 부여하기위한 것으로, 용기용의 라벨 슬리브를 형성하기에 적합한 동시압출한 복수층 시이트.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 블록 공중합체가 5-50wt.%의 양으로 존재하는 경우의 시이트.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 라벨이 유리용기상에 사용되는 경우의 시이트.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 라벨이 유리용기상에 사용되고 메틸렌 클로라이드가 라벨의 봉합을 밀봉하기 위한 용매로서 사용되는 경우의 시이트.

- (1) 용기와 인접하여 슬리브 내부에 사용하기 위한 폴리스티렌 발포층과 (2) 탄소원자 2-4개를 갖는 알킬렌 부분을 가지는 중합체, 폴리스티렌 및 알킬렌 부분의 기를 향상시키는 양립성을 갖는 양립성제의 혼합물을 압출함으로써 형성된 외부 표피층으로 구성되는 시이트 라벨로서, 이때 양립성제는 스티렌과 부타디엔의 블록 공중합체에 해당하는 것으로 결합스티렌의 양은 35-55wt.%이고, 분자량(수평균)은 50,000-100,000이며, 이 양립성제는 라벨의 견고성을 향상시키기 위하여 표피층과 발포층 사이의 경계면에 한계 양립성과 한계 부착력을 부여할 수 있는 효과적인 양으로 사용되며, 알킬렌부분의 양은 라벨의 표피층에 외부열을 적용시킬때 표피층의 외부표면에 불필요한 주름을 방지하기 위하여 발포층의 수축율과 부합할 수 있는 수축율을 표피층에 부여할 수 있는 효과적인 양이어야 하고, 또 알킬렌 부분의 양은 외부표면을 가열할때 발포층 하부에 주름을 형성시키지 않는 표피층의 수축력을 부여하는데 효과적인 정도로 사용되며, 슬리브는 초음파, 고온공기 및 열 밀봉에 의해서 밀봉될 수도 있고, 용기상에서 용매 밀봉에 의한 라벨 슬리브로서 사용하기 적합한 동시압출한 복수층의 시이트.
- 제 17 항에 있어서, 혼합물이 폴리올레핀, 폴리스티렌 및 5-50wt.%의 폴리에틸렌 에틸아크릴레이트인 양립성제로 구성되는 경우의 시이트.
- 제 17 항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌 비닐 아세테이트인 양립성제, 폴리올레핀 및 폴리스티렌으로 구성되는 경우의 시이트.

- 제 21 항에 있어서, 혼합물이 폴리올레핀, 폴리스티렌 및 5-50wt.%의 폴리에틸렌 에틸아크릴레이트인 양립성제로 구성되는 경우의 시이트.
