Claims (14)
- 용기상 용매밀봉성 라벨 슬리이브로서 사용하기에 적합한 동시압출된 시이트에서, 슬리이브가 초음파, 열풍 및 가열밀봉에 의해서도 밀봉될 수 있으며, 시이트가 용기에 인접한 슬리이브 내면상에 사용되는 발포층과 외부고형 표피층으로 구성되며, 표피층과 발포층이 30중량%-60중량%의 고밀도 폴리에틸렌, 10-30중량%의 폴리스티렌 및 표피층과 발포층 사이의 계면에서 제한된 양립성과 접착성을 제공할 수 있도록 폴리에틸렌 및 폴리스티렌과 양립될 수 있는 30-50중량%의 양립화제로 구성된 압출가능한 혼합물로 부터 동시 압출되며, 양립화제는 스티렌과 부타디엔의 블럭 공중합체의 혼합물에서 30-50중량%에 상응하며, 결합 스티렌의 양은 35-55중량%이며, 공중합체의 수평균 분자량은 50,000-100,000이며, 결과 생성된 라벨이 매력적이며 강인하고 고속생성 과정에서 밀봉이 가능한 동시압출된 시이트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 혼합물의 38-45중량%의 고밀도 폴리에틸렌, 38-45중량%의 양립화제 및 15-25중량%의 폴리스티렌으로 되어 있는 시이트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 혼합물이 40중량%의 고밀도 폴리에틸렌, 40중량%의 양립화제 및 20중량%의 폴리스티렌으로 되어 있는 시이트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 염화메틸렌이 슬리이브 라벨을 용매 밀봉하는테 사용되는 시이트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 혼합물이 염 및 산소에의 노출에 의한 혼합물의 변질을 방지하기 위해 항산화제를 포함하고 있는 시이트.
- 용기상 용매밀봉성 라벨 슬리이브로서 사용하기에 적합한 동시압출된 시이트에서, 슬리이브가 초음파, 열풍 및 가열 밀봉에 의해서도 밀봉될 수 있으며, 시이트가 용기에 인접한 슬리이브 내면상에 사용되는 발포층 및 발포층과 밀봉성 이음부 결합을 형성할 수 있는 외부 장식성 고형 표피층으로 구성되며, 표피층과 발포층이 38-45중량%의 고밀도 폴리에틸렌, 양립화제로써의 35-55중량%의 결합스티렌을 함유하는 부타디엔과 스티렌의 블럭공중합체 30-50중량%와 15-25중량%의 폴리스티렌으로 구성된 압출가능한 혼합물로부터 동시압출되며, 결과 생성된 슬리이브라벨이 강인하고 고속생성 과정에서 용매 밀봉이 가능한 동시압출된 시이트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 용기가 배향된 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 탄산음료병인 시이트.
- 용기 및 그에 사용되는 제 1 항의 시이트 슬리이브 라벨.
- 제 6 항의 시이트 슬리이브 라벨을 갖고 있는 배향성 플라스틱 탄산음료용기.
- 유리용기와 조합된 제 1 항에서 정의된 시이트.
- 용기상 용매 밀봉성 라벨 슬리이브로서 사용하기에 적합한 동시압출된 두층의 시이트에서, 시이트가 용기에 인접한 슬리이브 내면상에 사용되는 발포층 및 발포층과 용매밀봉성 이음부결합을 형성할 수 있는 외부 장식성 고형 표피층으로 구성되며, 표피층과 발포층은 40중량%의 고밀도 폴리에틸렌, 양립화제로써의 스티렌과 부타디엔의 블럭공중합체 40중량% 및 20중량%의 폴리스티렌으로 구성된 압출가능한 혼합물로부터 동시압출되며, 결과 생성된 슬리이브 라벨이 강인하여 고속 생성과정에서 용매 밀봉될 수 있는 동시압출된 두층의 시이트.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 용기가 배향성 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈테이트 탄산음료병인 시이트.
- 제 1 항에서 정의된 시이트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 혼합물이 40중량%의 고밀도 폴리에틸렌,20중량%의 양립화제 및 40중량%의 폴리스티렌으로 되어 있는 시이트.
