Claims (10)
- 공급통로, 분배통로 및 출구영역을 가지는 평면 시이팅 다이에서 열가소성 융체를 시이트로 형태를 이룸으로써, 폴리비닐 부티랄 또는 이와 유사한 특성을 가지며 미소한 정도의 표면 시이팅을 갖는 시이트의 제조방법에 있어서, 분배통로의 뒤에 위치하고 있으며, 압출 방향에서 보이는 지역내에 위치하고 있는 부분인 평면 시이팅 다이의 일부가, 고형화 융체 흐름의 층 밀리기에 의해서 균일하게 거칠은 시이트의 표면이 되게하고 이것에 의해 미소한 표면 스티킹이 달성되게 시이트로 형성된 융체흐름의 중간과 표면 사이에 온도차가 일어나게 하는 양으로 다른 부분의 다이온도보다 낮아지는 온도로 경감되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리비닐부티랄로 형성된 미소한 표면 스티킹을 갖는 시이트의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서 분배통로의 뒤에 위치한 평면 시이팅 영역의 온도가 평면시이팅 다이의 다른 부분보다 20∼60℃ 낮은 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 시이트의 표면이 10∼40㎛의 거칠음 깊이를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 시이트의 표면이 20-30㎛의 거칠음 깊이를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 융체가 200-250℃의 온도범위에서 가소화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 평면 시이팅 다이의 출구홈의 영역이 100 내지 180℃ 사이에 있는 온도로 온도-조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 평면시이팅 다이의 출구 홈이 두 단계에서 온도-조절되며, 여기서 홈의 인입영역은 160 내지 180℃ 사이에 있는 첫 번째 온도로 온도-조절되고 출구홈의 배출영역은 100 내지 160℃사이에서 첫 번째 온도보다 낮은 두 번째 온도로 온도-조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 평면시이팅 다이로부터 배출되는 영역이 2℃ 내지 40℃ 사이의 온도를 갖는 수조속으로 직접 안내되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 시이트는 폴리비닐 부티랄/가소제 혼합물에 근거하여 15 내지 50중량%의 가소제를 함유하는 폴리비닐 부티랄과 가소제를 주성분으로 하되, 2-3.50m의 시이트감 폭의 표면에서 20-27㎛의 거칠음 깊이를 가지며, 각각 0.38 또는 0.76mm의 두께로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 시이트가 5-20m/min의 속도로 압출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
