Claims (14)
- 폴리프로필렌 막을 금속판체의 적어도 어느 한곳의 주표면에 적층시키로 그 폴리프로필렌의 융점이상의 온도까지 상승시키는 금속기질에 결합된 폴리프로필렌으로 이루어진 적층물질의 제조방법에 있어서, 그후 적층물질의 폴리프로릴렌 코팅표면을 냉각용액으로 플루딩 시킴으로써 실질적으로 상기의 융점이하의 온도까지 상기의 적층을 일정하고 급속히 냉각시키는 것을 특징으로하는 적층물질의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기의 적층 폴리프로필렌 막을 초당 200℃를 초과하는 비율로 그 융점으로 냉각시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층물질의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 적층 폴리프로필렌 막을 그 연화점을 초과하지 않는 온도까지 냉각시키는 것을 특징으로하는 적층물질의 제조방법.
- 전항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 냉각용액이 상온의 물인것을 특징으로하는 적층물질의 제조방법.
- 전항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리프로필렌 막이 산변형 폴리프로필렌인 접합수지의 내부층 및 폴리프로필렌의 외부층으로 이루어진 동시 압출 다층막인 것을 특징으로하는 적층물질의 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 접합수지가 무수말레산 변형 폴리프로필렌인 것을 특징으로하는 적층물질의 제조방법.
- 전항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 우선 폴리프로필렌 막을 연화시키기에 충분한 그러나 폴리프로필렌 막의 외부표면이 적층 동안 손상을 입는 온도이하인 온도 T1에서 금속판체와 함께 폴리프로필렌 막을 그 금속판체에 적층시키고 그후 일정하고 금속의 냉각이 이어진 이와같이 얻어진 적층을 프로필렌 융점이상인 온도 T2까지 재가열시킴으로써 적층의 효과를 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층물질의 제조방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 온도 T1이 120°-230°이고 온도 T2가 210°-270°인 것을 특징으로하는 적층물질의 제조방법.
- 전항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리프로필렌 막의 적층화와 동시에 또다른 중합체 막을 금속판체의 다른 주요표면에 적층시키는 것을 특징으로하는 적층물질의 제조방법.
- 전항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 금속판체가 크롬금속 및 산화크롬의 이중층을 가진 전기분해적 크롬 코팅강철인 것을 특징으로하는 적층물질의 제조방법.
- 금속기질에 접합된 폴리프로필렌으로 이루어진 적층물질의 제조장치가 금속스트립 및 폴리프로필렌 막의 스트립을 적층화 닙으로 공급시키는 수단, 금속스트립을 적층화 닙에 도달하기전에 폴리프로필렌의 연화온도 이상인 온도 T1까지 가열시키는 수단, 및 금속 및 폴리프로필렌의 적층이 적층화 닙을 이탈한 후 폴리프로필렌의 융점 이상인 온도 T2까지 재가열시키는 수단으로 이루어진 것으로서, 폴리프로필렌을 실질적으로 그 융점이하의 온도까지 급속하고 일정하게 냉각시키기 위하여 상기의 적층의 폴리프로필렌 코팅 표면에 냉각 용액의 플루드를 접촉시키기 위한 수단을 제공하는 것을 특징으로하는 적층물질의 제조장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 냉각용액의 플루드를 접촉시키는 수단이 적층의 각면에 어느 한가지가 배열되고 이송방향에 따라 냉각용액을 지정하는 그 이송방향에 경사를 가진 한쌍의 분배기 바로 이루어진 것을 특징으로하는 적층물질의 제조장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 적층에 대하여 수직 하강하는 림이 용액과 함에 통과할 수 있는 도관으로서 그 위쪽부분에 냉각용액을 위한 입구를 가지고 그 저면에 틈을 한정시키는 수집벽을 가진 도관으로 냉각용액의 플루드를 접촉시키는 수단이 구성되는 것을 특징으로하는 적층물질의 제조장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제10항중의 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 의하여 제조된 적층물질.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
