Claims (16)
- 처음에는 미 신장된 박을 예열하고 신장부(영역)나 신장간극(7)에 이송시켜 통과시키면서 신장시킨다음 재단련시키고 그 신장된 박의 신장부(7)의 뒤에서 미 신장된 박(3)을 함께 대고 가열하에 신장된 박(2)을 연속적으로 신장박과 동일한 속도로 압착시키되, 신장 및 미 신장박은 적어도 서로 마주보고 서로 접촉되게된 표면에서 동일물질이나 동일성질의 물질로 구성되며, 그렇게 구성된 다층박(13)을 연속적으로 이송시키거나 빼내는 것을 특징으로 하는 신장된 박(2), 쉬-트나 필름에 박(3), 쉬-트나 필름을 적층 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 미 신장된 박(3)을 전층전에 예열시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항이나 제2항에 있어서, 두개의 박(2) (3)을 신장된 박 (2)의 재 단련 영역에서 함께 대고 연속적으로 통과 시키면서 한개의 박을 다른 한개의 박에 압력하에 적층시킨 후 냉각시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 완전히 동일한 성질의 물질 특히 폴리에틸렌으로된 두개의 박(2) (3)중 하나를 다른 하나에 적층하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어는 하나에 있어서, 신장된 박 (2)을 신장시킨 후 계속하여 신장되도록 하고 상기 신장된 두개의 박들을 적층시킬 영역에서 유지시킴은 물론 바람직하기는 그것들의 또 다른 이송중에도 유지시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 두개의 박들을 함께 대고 결합시킨 영역에서 그것을 신장된 박(2)의 신장온도와 거의 같거나 약간 낮은 온도까지 가열함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 박(2)의 이송방향의 신장로울들(6)뒤에 정열되어 있는 가열 로울(들) (5), 신장로울들(6) 및 단련로울(8)또는 이와 유사한 것들을 포함하여 플라스틱 쉬-트나 박(2)을 신장시키는 위한 신장장치(4)는 신장된 박(2)을 신장시키는 영역(7)뒤에서 미신장 박(3)을 신장 박(2)에 압착시키기 위한 적어도 한개의 공급로울이나 압력로울(9)을 마련하고 있음을 특징으로 하는 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한개의 항에서 청구된 바와 같은 방법을 특별히 실시하기 위하여 신장박(2), 쉬-트나 필름을 적층에 의하여 미 신장된 박(3), 쉬-트나 필름에 결합시키는 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 미 신장 박(3)용 압력로울(9)을 사용시에 직접 정돈하여 신장장치(4)의 일부를 형성하는 단련로울(8)에 압착시키고 신장로울들(6)뒤에 배열시킴을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제7항에 이나 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 미 신장된 박(3)을 예열하기 위한 적어도 한개의 가열로울(11)을 미 신장된 박(3)의 이송방향의 압력로울(9) 앞에 마련함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제7항이나 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 예열로울(11)의 감김각이 적어도 180°,바람직하게는 180°이상, 예컨데 약 270°인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제7항 내지 제10항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 다수의 가열로울(11)을 미신장 박(3)을 위해 마련하고 상기 박을 S-형태로 그것들의 둘레에 감싸는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제7항 내지 제11항중 어는 한 항에 있어서, 적층 영역에 가장 가까이 있는 가열로울(11)과 미 신장 박(3)의 이송방향에 있는 압력로울(9)이 미 신장 박(3)의 적층면에 따라 작동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제7항 내지 제12항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 신장장치(4)의 신장로울(6)과 미 신장 박(3)용 압력로울(9)사이에, 특히 단련 로울(8)이나 적충로울에, 그 신장 박(2)을 압착하여 유연하게 하기 위하여 마련된 보조로울(12)이 있는것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 각개 박들(2)(3)이 서로 마주보면서 접촉되는 층이 동일 성질의 물질이나 동일물질, 특히 폴리에틸렌이나 그것의 공중합체로 구성되고 그것의 신장과정에서 신장박(2)의 가열 및 신장력을 이용하여 열과 압력하에 직접 하나의 박을 다른 하나의 박에 적층시킴을 특징으로 하는 제7항 내지 제13항중의 어느하나에서 청구된 바와같은 방법으로 특별히 생산되는, 신장 박(2)과 미 신장 박(3)중 하나가 다른 하나에 적층되는 다층 박(13).
- 제14항에 있어서, 적층에 의하여 결합된 적어도 한개의 박, 특히 미 신장 박(3)이 접착면이나, 또다른 박이나 피복층으로 부터, 특히 상이한 물질의 접착면에서 비켜진 면으로 향함을 특징으로 하는 다층 박.
- 제14항에 있어서, 모든 결합된 층들이 완전히 폴리에틸렌과/혹은 그것의 공중합체로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 다층 박.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
