Claims (12)
- 아래와 같은 단계로 구성되는 사출성형법 : 요구되는 온도에서 요구되는 시간동안 놓아두어야 발포반응이 개시되는 발포제(32)를 융해된 레진에 혼합되는 단계 : 상기한 발포제와 혼합된 상기한 융해된 레진을 금형(19),(111),(207)에 주입하는 단계 : 및 상기한 융해된 레진중 성형된 제품의 중심부를 형성하고 냉각속도가 낮은 부분만이 발포반응을 하고, 상기한 금형 내부표면에 접촉되어 성형된 제품의 표면을 형성하게 되고 그 냉각속도가 높은 레진부분에서는 발포반응이 발생하지 않게 하는 단계로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 사출성형법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기한 발포제와 융해된 레진의 혼합이, 상기한 융해된 레진이 상기한 금형(19)에 주입되기 직전에 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기한 발포제(32)가 발포물질(31)에 코팅제(30)를 코팅한 이중구조로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기한 발포제(32)의 발포물질(31)이 아조디카르복실산아미드로 구성된 것을 특징으로하는 사출성형법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기한 발포제(32)의 발포물질(31)이 소듐비카르보네이트로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기의 발포제가 히드라진디카르본아미드로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기한 발포제(32)를 레진이 점성화 되게끔 가열 실린더(102)(201)를 통과하기 전에 레진에 혼합하고, 동 발포제가 발포반응을 함이 없이 상기한 가열 실린더내에서 융해된 레진에 확산되고 반죽되는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 발포제(32)가 레진의 용해점 보다 높은 비등점을 갖는 발포물질(31)에 레진의 용해점보다 높은 용해점을 갖는 코팅제(30)를 코팅한 이중구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서 상기 발포제(32)의 발포물질(35)이 아조디카르복실산아미드로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서 상기 발포제(32)의 발포물질(31)이 소듐비카르보네이트로 구성된 것을 특징으로하는 사출성형법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서 상기 발포제가 분해온도 245℃로 되어 있는 히드라진다카르본아미드로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 발포제가 분해온도 205℃로 되어 있는 아조디카르본아미드로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
