Claims (11)

  1. (a) 최소 하나의 금속을 함유하는 비결정질기질물질과 전기 비결정질기질물질내에서 신속확산제인 최소하나의 결정질 원소를 기계적으로 합금하여 최소 50% 그러나 100%미만 비결정인 파우더혼합물을 제조하는 단계; (b) 상기 파우더혼합물을, 5000 기압이상이 압력 및 약 25°C 이상 상기 파우더혼합물의 유리질전이온도이하의 온도에서, 그 이론적밀도의 최소 80% 밀도를 갖는 벌크비결정질 금속합금물을 성형하고 이를 회수하는 단계; 를 포함하는 벌크비결정질 금속물 제조방법.
  2. 1항에 있어서, 상기 벌크비결정질 금속합금물을 계속하여, 상기 1항의 성형온도이상 그러나 상기 벌크비결정 금속합금물의 유리질 전이온도이하의 온도로 가열처리함을 특징으로하는 방법.
  3. 1항에 있어서, 상기 벌크비결정질 금속합금물을 계속하여 그 유리질 전이온도이상의 온도로 30-300분 가열처리하여 벌크결정질 금속합금물을 얻는 것을 특징으로하는 방법.
  4. 1항에 있어서, 비결정질 기질물질은 최소 2개금속의 혼합물이며, 그중 최소하나의 금속은 스캔듐, 이트륨, 티타늄, 지르코늄, 하프늄, 바나듐, 니오브(niobium), 탄탈, 란탈족 및 악티늄족으로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택되며, 최소하나의 원소는 바나듐, 크롬, 망간, 철, 코발트, 니켈, 구리, 아연, 및 금으로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택됨을 특징으로하는 방법.
  5. 1항에 있어서, 상기 비결정질 기질물질은 스캔듐, 이트륨, 티타늄, 지르코늄, 하프늄, 니오브, 탄탈, 란탄족, 악티늄족, 바나듐, 크롬, 망간, 철, 코발트, 니켈, 구리 아연 및 금으로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택된 최소하나의 금속과 붕소, 탄소 및 규소로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택된 도펀트(dopant)의 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 1항에 있어서, 상기 결정질원소는 바나듐, 크롬, 망간, 철, 코발트, 니켈, 구리, 아연, 붕소, 탄소, 규소 및 금으로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택됨을 특징으로하는 방법.
  7. 1항에 있어서, 상기 성형은 상기 혼합물을 압축다이를 통해 압축시킴으로써 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 1항에 있어서, 상기 성형은 상기 혼합물을 열간압축하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 1항에 있어서, 상기 성형은 상기 혼합물을 열간압연(hot rolling)함으로써 이루어짐을 특징으로하는 방법.
  10. 1항에 있어서, 상기 성형은 청구범위 1의 벌크비결정 금속합금물의 리셉터클(receptacle)에서 일어남을 특징으로하는 방법.
  11. 1항에 있어서, 상기 기계적 합금은 약 15분-500 시간범위의 시간동안 이행됨을 특징으로하는 방법.
