Description
Claims (11)
- (a) 최소 하나의 금속을 함유하는 비결정질기질물질과 전기 비결정질기질물질내에서 신속확산제인 최소하나의 결정질 원소를 기계적으로 합금하여 최소 50% 그러나 100%미만 비결정인 파우더혼합물을 제조하는 단계; (b) 상기 파우더혼합물을, 5000 기압이상이 압력 및 약 25°C 이상 상기 파우더혼합물의 유리질전이온도이하의 온도에서, 그 이론적밀도의 최소 80% 밀도를 갖는 벌크비결정질 금속합금물을 성형하고 이를 회수하는 단계; 를 포함하는 벌크비결정질 금속물 제조방법.
- 1항에 있어서, 상기 벌크비결정질 금속합금물을 계속하여, 상기 1항의 성형온도이상 그러나 상기 벌크비결정 금속합금물의 유리질 전이온도이하의 온도로 가열처리함을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 1항에 있어서, 상기 벌크비결정질 금속합금물을 계속하여 그 유리질 전이온도이상의 온도로 30-300분 가열처리하여 벌크결정질 금속합금물을 얻는 것을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 1항에 있어서, 비결정질 기질물질은 최소 2개금속의 혼합물이며, 그중 최소하나의 금속은 스캔듐, 이트륨, 티타늄, 지르코늄, 하프늄, 바나듐, 니오브(niobium), 탄탈, 란탈족 및 악티늄족으로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택되며, 최소하나의 원소는 바나듐, 크롬, 망간, 철, 코발트, 니켈, 구리, 아연, 및 금으로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택됨을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 1항에 있어서, 상기 비결정질 기질물질은 스캔듐, 이트륨, 티타늄, 지르코늄, 하프늄, 니오브, 탄탈, 란탄족, 악티늄족, 바나듐, 크롬, 망간, 철, 코발트, 니켈, 구리 아연 및 금으로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택된 최소하나의 금속과 붕소, 탄소 및 규소로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택된 도펀트(dopant)의 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 1항에 있어서, 상기 결정질원소는 바나듐, 크롬, 망간, 철, 코발트, 니켈, 구리, 아연, 붕소, 탄소, 규소 및 금으로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택됨을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 1항에 있어서, 상기 성형은 상기 혼합물을 압축다이를 통해 압축시킴으로써 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 1항에 있어서, 상기 성형은 상기 혼합물을 열간압축하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 1항에 있어서, 상기 성형은 상기 혼합물을 열간압연(hot rolling)함으로써 이루어짐을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 1항에 있어서, 상기 성형은 청구범위 1의 벌크비결정 금속합금물의 리셉터클(receptacle)에서 일어남을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 1항에 있어서, 상기 기계적 합금은 약 15분-500 시간범위의 시간동안 이행됨을 특징으로하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
