제1도 내지 제3도는 본 발명의 동력전달조인트를 도시한 각 구성 및 단면도.
Claims (5)
- 유니버설조인트용 케이지, 조종져널과 탄성부품을 수용하기 위해 상기 케이지내에 고정된 슬라이드블록 및 이 슬라이드블록을 지지하는 지지수단으로 이루어지며, 상기 유니버설조인트용 케이지는 사각절결부가 형성되며, 상기 슬라이드블록은 상기 절결부내에 수용되도록 사각형상으로 되고, 상기 지지수단은 소정 축을 중심으로 선회하는 피봇면내에서 여유가 없이 주변을 따라서 상기 슬라이드블록을 지지하고, 한정된 부유운동을 위하여 상기 슬라이드블록의 이동방향으로 장애를 받지 않는 통로를 가지며, 고무탄성 충격흡수기를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동측과 동력출력축 중간에 삽입되는 동력전달조인트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 지지수단은 스프링철판과 ; 유니버설조인트용 케이지 위에 밀착하여 피봇면내에 그리고 상기 스프링철판과 상기 유니버설조인트용 케이지 사이에 슬라이딩운동을 용이하게 하는 이동방향으로 상기 지지수단을 지지하는 앵글편을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 동력전달조인트.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 스프링철판은 상기 슬라이드블록과 밀착하여 결합하기 위하여 보조절결부내에 결합하는 탄성래치설편과, 상기 슬라이드블록의 위치결정을 위하여 보조절결부내에 밀착하여 지지된 코넥터를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 동력전달조인트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 충격흡수기는 리브를 가지는 기판을 구비하고, 상기 충격흡수기는 상기 슬라이드블록에 고정된 것을 특징으로 하는 동력전달조인트.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 리브는 기판으로부터 돌출하고, 대략 반구형단면을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 동력전달조인트.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
