Description
Claims (23)
- 아크릴산과 아크릴산의 수용성염에서 선택되는 최소하나의 제1친수성단량체, 및 후술하는 최소 하나의 제2친수성단량체가 없을때 중합직후 일어날 수 있는 반응 혼합물의 상분리(phase separation) 확산을 최소한 감소시키는데 효과적인량의 최소 하나의 제2친수성단량체, 를 포함하는 단량체로부터 중합된 본질적으로 물-불용성 공중합물을 포함함을 특징으로하는 수성유체를 흡수및 보존하기위한 고흡수중합체조성물.
- 1항에 있어서, 상기 제2친수성단량체를 베타-아크릴 옥시프로피온산, 베타-아크릴옥시프로피온산의 수용성염, 2-히드록시에틸 메타크릴레이트, (C1-C4)알콕시(C1-C4)알킬(메트)아크릴레이트, (C1-C4)알콕시(C1-C4)알콕시(C1-C4)알킬(메트)아크릴레이트, HO(CH2CH20)nH (여기서 n은 2-10의 정수)의 모노(메트)아크릴레이트에스테르, 및 CH3O(CH2CH2O)xH(여기서 x는 2-10의 정수)의(메트)아크릴레이트 에스테르, 로부터 선택됨을 특징으로하는 고흡수중합체조성물.
- 2항에 있어서, 상기조성물은 아크릴산의 수용성염 및 베타아크릴옥시프로피온산의 수용성염을 포함하는 수용액 단량체내에서 중합함으로써 제조되는 물-불용성 중합체를 포함하고, 베타-아크릴옥시프로피온산의 염은 단량체중량의 최소 약 2중량%이며, 수용액의 pH는 유리산형태의 아크릴산 및 베타-아크릴옥시프로피온산을 본질적을 제외시키기 위하여 조절됨을 특징으로하는 고흡수중합체조성물.
- 2항에 있어서, 상기 물-불용성 공중합물은 최소하나의 아크릴산 수용성염, 최소 약 5중량%의 베타-아크릴옥시 프리피온산 수용성염, 및 최소 2개의 중합가능한 에틸렌게 불포화기(ethylenically unsaturated groups)를 포함하는 교차결합단량체, 를 포함하는 단량체로부터 중합됨을 특징으로 하는 고흡수중합체조성물.
- 4항에 있어서, 최소하나의 아크릴산염은 아크릴산나트륨(sodium acrylate)이며, 베타-아크릴옥시프로피온산염은 베타아크릴옥시프로피온산나트륨(sodium, heta-acryloxypropionate)임을 특징으로하는 고흡수중합체조성물.
- 4항에 있어서, 상기 교차결합단량체는 폴리에틸렌글리콜 디메타크릴레이트임을 특징으로하는 고흡수중합체조성물.
- 2항에 있어서, 상기 제2친수성단량체는 2-히드록시에틸 메타크릴레이트, 2-메톡시에틸아크릴레이트 및 2-(2-메톡시에톡시)에틸 아크릴레이트로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 고흡수중합체조성물.
- 2항에 있어서, 상기 제2친수성단량체는 약90의 평균분자량을 갖는 폴리에틸렌글리콜의 모노메타크릴레이트에스 테르임을 특징으로하는 고흡수중합체조성물.
- 2항에 있어서, 상기 제2천수성단량체는 상분리를 방지 하는데 효과적인량으로 존재함을 특징으로 하는 고흡수중합체 조성물.
- (a) 아크릴산과 아크릴산의 수용성염에서 선택되는 최소하나의 제1친수성단량체, 및 후술하는 최소하나의 제2친수성단량체가 없을때 중합직후 일어날 수 있는 반응혼합물의 상 분리 확산을 최소한 감소시키는 데 효과적인 량의 최소하나의 제2친수성단량체를 포함하는 단량체 혼합물을 제조하는단계 ; 및 (b) 상기단량체 혼합물을 중합하는 단계 ; 를 포함함을 특징으로하는 수성유체를 흡수 및 보존 하기위한 고흡수중합체조성물의 제조공정.
- 10항에 있어서, 상기 제2친수성 단량체는 베타-아크릴 옥시프로피온산, 베타-아크릴옥시프로피온산의 수용성염, 2-히드록시에틸메타크릴레이트, (C1-C4)알콕시(C1-C4)알킬(메트)아크릴레이트, (C1-C4)알콕시(C1-C4)알콕시(C1-C4)알킬(메트)아크릴레이트, HO(CH2CH20)nH(여기서 n은 2-10인 정수)의 모노(메트)아크릴레이트 에스테르, 및 CH3O(CH2CH2O)xH(여기서 x는 2-10인 정수)의(메트)아크릴레이트에스테르로부터 선택됨을 특징으로하는 고흡수중합체조성물의 제조공정.
- 10항에 있어서, 상기 단량체혼합물은 최소하나의 아크릴산 수용성염 및 베타-아크릴옥시프로피온산 수용성염을 포함하며, 상기 베타-아클릴옥시 프로피온산염은 단량체 혼합물의 최소 약5중량%이며, 상기단량체 혼합물은 수용액내에서 중합되며, 수용액의 pH는 유리산형태의 아크릴산및 베타-아크릴옥시프로피온산을 본질적으로 제외시키기위해 조절됨을 특징으로 하는 고흡수중합체조성물의 제조공정.
- 11항에 있어서, 상기 단량체혼합물은 최소하나의 아크릴산 수용성염, 최소 약 5중량%의 베타-아크릴 옥시프로피온산 수용성염, 및 최소 2개의 중합가능한 에틸렌계 불포화기를 포함하는 교차결합단량체를 포함함을 특징으로하는 호흡수 중합체조성물의 제조공정.
- 13항에 있어서, 최소하나의 아크릴산염은 아크릴산 나트륨이며, 베타-아크릴옥시프로피온산의염은 베타-아크릴 옥시프로피온산나트륨임을 특징으로하는 고흡수중합체조성물의 제조공정.
- 13항에 있어서, 상기 교차결합단량체는 폴리에틸렌글리콜 디메타크릴레이트임을 특징으로하는 고흡수중합체 조성물의 제조공정.
- 11항에 있어서, 상기 제2친수성단량체는 2-히드록시에틸 메타크릴레이트, 2-메톡시에틸아크릴레이트 및 2-(2-메톡시에톡시)에틸 아크릴레이트로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 고흡수 중합체조성물의 제조공정.
- 11항에 있어서, 상기 제2친수성단량체는 약 90의 평균 분자량을 갖는 폴리에틸렌글리콜의 모노메타크릴레이트 에스테르임을 특징으로 하는 고흡수 중합체조성물의 제조공정.
- 11항에 있어서, 상기 제2친수성단량체는 상분리를 방지하는데 효과적인 량으로 존재함을 특징으로 하는 고흡수 중합체조성물의 제조공정.
- 11항에 있어서, 상기 단량체혼합물은 가열된 표면상에서 도포되며, 가열된 표면은 단량체혼합물의 온도를 상승시켜 단량체를 중합하고 중합된물질을 건조시킴을 특징으로하는 고흡수중합체조성물의 제조공정.
- 19항에 있어서, 상기 가열된표면은 벨트 건조기의 가열된 벨트에 의해 제공됨을 특징으로하는 고흡수중합체조성물의 제조공정.
- 19항에 있어서, 상기 가열된 표면은 회전드럼건조기(rotary drum drier)의 가열된 드럼에 의해 제공됨을 특징으로하는 고흡수중합체조성물의 제조공정.
- 11항에 있어서, 나아가 함수율 약20중량%이하까지 고흡수물질을 건조하고 건조된 물질을 분쇄시킴을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 고흡수중합체조성물의 제조공정.
