Description
Claims (10)
- 하나이상의 올레핀형 불포화 합합물과 일산화탄소의 혼합물을 정상상태에서 공중합체가 거의 또는 전부 불용성인 액체 희석제 존재하에 팔라디움-함유 촉매 조성물의 용액과 연속적으로 접촉시킴으로써 공중합화 시키는 것으로서, 이때 시간당 형성되는 공중합체의 양 및 반응기내 공중합체 양의 비가 언제든지 0.2이하 인것을 특징으로 하는 공중합체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비가 0.15이하 인것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 비가 0.1이하 인것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 촉매 조성물이 하기 a)-c)를 기초로 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법:a)팔라디움 화합물, b)pKa6이하를 갖는 산의 음이온, 및 c)일반식R1R2M1-R-M2R3R4를 갖는 화합물(이때 M1및 M2는 비소, 안티몬, 인 및 질소로 이루어진 군으로 부터 선택된 같거나 다른 원소이며, R1-R4는 극성기에 의해 임의로 치환된 같거나 다른 탄화수소이고, R은 다리내 탄소원자를 적어도 2개 함유하는 2가 다리기를 나타낸다.)
- 제5항에 있어서, 성분 c)가 팔라디움 화합물 1몰당 0.75-1.5몰의 양으로 존재하는 촉매 조성물이 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 성분c)내 존재하는 R1-R4기중 적어도 하나가 극성 치환체 적어도 하나, 바람직하게는 오르쏘-알콕시기를 적어도 하나 함유하는 페닐기인 촉매 조성물이 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 성분 c)내 존재하는 R1-R4기가 2-메톡시 페닐기인 촉매 조성물이 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 에틸렌 또는 프로펜과 에틸렌의 혼합물이 올레핀형 불포화화합물로서 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 하기 a)-c)를 특징으로 하는 하나이상의 올레핀형 불포화 화합물과 일산화탄소의 신규 공중합체:a)선형 구조를 갖고, b)일반식-(CO)-A′-을 갖는 단위로 구성되며(이때A′는 적용된 단량체 A로부터 유래하는 단량체 단위를 나타낸다), c)0.3g/ml이상의 벌크밀도(bulk density)를 갖는다.
- 제9항에 있어서, 벌크밀도가 적어도0.5g/ml인 신규 공중합체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
