Claims (5)
- 소결탄화물의 미세한 조각과 이것을 결합시켜 원하는 형상을 형성하는 백선 조직의 주철을 포함하는 내마모성 복합 조조체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 소결탄화물의 미세한 조각이 파쇄체, 입상체 또는 압축 성형체의 어떤 형태이거나 이의 혼합 형태이며, 미세한 조각의 총 양의 적어도 70%의 입자지름이 2 내지 15mm인 내마모성 복합 주조체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 백선조직의 주철은 주로 합금 원소가 첨가된 복합 탄화물로 구성되고, 탄소가 2.5 내지 4.0% 범위로 함유되며, 크롬/탄소(Cr%/C%)의 범위가 1 내지 12인 내마모성 복합 주조체.
- 제2항에 있어서, 백선조직의 주철은 주로 합금 원소가 첨가된 복합 탄화물로 구성되고, 탄소가 2.5 내지 4.0% 범위로 함유되며, 크롬/탄소(Cr%/C%)의 범위가 1 내지 12인 내마모성 복합 주조체.
- 고화 후의 조직이 백선인 주철을 자기의 융점보다 50T℃ 내지 180(1.75+T)℃고온의 용융상태에서 두께가 Tcm인 소결탄화물 층으로 주조함을 특징으로 하여 내마모성 복합 주조체를 제조하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
