Claims (5)

  1. 소결탄화물의 미세한 조각과 이것을 결합시켜 원하는 형상을 형성하는 백선 조직의 주철을 포함하는 내마모성 복합 조조체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 소결탄화물의 미세한 조각이 파쇄체, 입상체 또는 압축 성형체의 어떤 형태이거나 이의 혼합 형태이며, 미세한 조각의 총 양의 적어도 70%의 입자지름이 2 내지 15mm인 내마모성 복합 주조체.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 백선조직의 주철은 주로 합금 원소가 첨가된 복합 탄화물로 구성되고, 탄소가 2.5 내지 4.0% 범위로 함유되며, 크롬/탄소(Cr%/C%)의 범위가 1 내지 12인 내마모성 복합 주조체.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 백선조직의 주철은 주로 합금 원소가 첨가된 복합 탄화물로 구성되고, 탄소가 2.5 내지 4.0% 범위로 함유되며, 크롬/탄소(Cr%/C%)의 범위가 1 내지 12인 내마모성 복합 주조체.
  5. 고화 후의 조직이 백선인 주철을 자기의 융점보다 50T℃ 내지 180(1.75+T)℃고온의 용융상태에서 두께가 Tcm인 소결탄화물 층으로 주조함을 특징으로 하여 내마모성 복합 주조체를 제조하는 방법.
