Claims (12)

  1. 하기 일반식(I)로 표시됨을 특징으로 하는 폴리불화된 화합물.
    상기 식중, RF는 과불화된 라디칼을 나타내고, X는 2가 결합 -(CH2CH2)a(CH2)b-, -CF=CHCH2- 또는 -CFHCH2CH2-를 나타내며, a는 0 내지 10범위의 정수이고, b는 1 내지 4범위일 수 있는 정수이나 a가 0이외의 것일때는 2이며, R1는 수소원자 또는 탄소원자수 1 내지 12의 직쇄 또는 측쇄의 알킬 라디칼을 나타내고, R2는 수소원자 또는 메틸 라디칼을 나타내며, R3는 탄소원자수 1 내지 24의 직쇄 또는 측쇄의 알킬 라디칼을 나타낸다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, RF가 탄소원자수 2 내지 20의 직쇄 또는 측쇄의 퍼플루오로알킬라디칼이고 R2가 수소원자인 화합물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, RF가 탄소원자수 6 내지 16의 직쇄의 퍼플루오로알킬 라이칼이고, X가 결합 -CH2CH2-, -CF=CHCH2- 또는 -CFHCH2CH2-이며, R1및 R2가 수소원자이고, R3가 탄소원자수 8 내지 18의 알킬 라디칼인 화합물.
  4. 기 RF, X 및/또는 R3가 상이한, 제1 내지 3항의 어느 한 항에 따른 화합물들의 혼합물.
  5. 제1 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 따른 하나 이상의 화합물 및 하나 이상의 하기 일반식(II)의 아미노 알코올 50%이하를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 혼합물.
    상기 식중, 기호 RF, X 및 R1은 제1항에서와 동일하다.
  6. 하기 일반식(II)의 아미노 알코올 또는 이러한 아미노 알코올의 혼합물을 하기 일반식(III)의 아크릴산 에스테르 또는 이러한 에스테르의 혼합물과 축합시킴을 특징으로 하여, 폴리불화된 화합물 또는 이러한 화합물의 혼합물을 제조하는 방법.
    상기 식중, 기호 RF, X, R1, R2및 R3는 제1항에서와 동일하다.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 축합반응을 저급(C1~C4) 알코올중에서 20 내지 100℃, 바람직하게는 20 내지 80℃에서 수행하는 방법.
  8. R3가 저급(C1~C4) 알킬 라디칼인 제1항에 따른 화합물을 장-쇄 알코올을 사용하여 에스테르 교환 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여, R3이 장-쇄(C5~C24) 알킬 라디칼인 제1항에 따른 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
  9. 윤활제용 마모방지 첨가제로서 제1 내지 5항중 어느 한 항에 따른 폴리불화된 화합물 및 혼합물의 용도.
  10. 제1 내지 5항중 어느 한 항에 따른 폴리불화된 화합물 또는 폴리불화된 화합물의 혼합물을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 윤활제.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 폴리불화된 화합물(들)의 함량이 0.10중량% 이상, 바람직하게는 0.05 내지 0.5중량%인 윤활제.
  12. 제10 또는 11항에 있어서, 폴리불화된 화합물 또는 화합물들이 통상적인 첨가제와 혼합된 윤활제.
