Claims (8)

  1. 촉매[여기에서, 촉매는 알칼리 금속 플루오라이드, 카복실산 디니트릴 및 일반식(II)의 에테르를 함유한다]의 존재하에 헥사플루오로프로펜 옥사이드를 올리고머화 시켜, 구조식(I)의 과불화 카보닐 플루오라이드를 제조하는 방법.
    상기식에서, X는 2 내지 6의 정수이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 불화 칼륨을 알칼리 금속 플루오라이드로서 사용하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 탄소수 5 내지 8의 포화 지방족 디카복실산의 디니트릴을 카복실산 디니트릴로서 사용하는 방법.
  4. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 아디포니트릴을 카복실산 디니트릴로서 사용하는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 트리-테트라-또는 펜타-에틸렌 글리콜의 디메틸 에테르를 일반식(II)의 에테르로서 사용하는 방법.
  6. 제1 내지 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 테트라 에틸렌 글리콜 디메틸 에테르를 일반식(II)의 에테르로서 사용하는 방법.
  7. 제1 내지 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 촉매 시스템 중의 성분들을 총 촉매 시스템에 대하여, 알칼리 금속 플루오라이드 2 내지 30중량%, 카복실산 디니트릴 50 내지 95중량% 및 에테르 2 내지 50중량%의 양으로 사용하는 방법.
  8. 제1 내지 7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응을 -20℃ 내지 ＋100℃의 온도에서 수행하는 방법.
