Claims (12)
- 알케닐방향족 단량체 99 내지 70중량부와 아크릴산, 메타크릴산, 이타콘산 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 올레핀계 불포화산 1 내지 30중량부가 중합된, 중량 평균분자량이 약 100,000 내지 약 350,000g mol인 중합체를 중합체 100중량부 당 약 0.5내지 20중량부의 양으로 존재하는, 나트륨, 마그네슘, 아연, 암모늄 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되는 이온의 탄산염, 탄산염 수화물 또는 중탄산염인 발포제와 함께 균질혼합하고, 발포를 방지하기에 충분한 압력하에 및 상기 탄산염, 탄산염 수화물 또는 중탄산염을 발포를 방지하기에 충분한 압력하에 분해하기에 충분히 높은 온도에서 상기 중합체를 열가소화하고, 이어서 열가소화된 중합체를 저압대로 통과시킴으로써 밀도가 약 8 내지 128kg/m3(0.5 내지 81b/ft3)이고 셀 크기가 약 0.1 내지 5밀리미터인 중합체 발포체를 수득함을 특징으로 하는 개선된 알케닐 방향족 중합체 발포체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알케닐 방향족 단량체가 스티렌인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알케닐 방향족 단량체가 비닐 톨루엔인 방법.
- 스티렌 약 95 내지 80중량부와 아크릴산 약 5 내지 20중량부가 중합된, 중량 평균분자량이 약 150,000내지 약 300,000g mol인 중합체로 이루어진 합성수지 열가소성 본체(여기에서, 발포체 본체는 이의 셀 크기가 약 0.1 내지 2.5밀리미터인 다수의 가스-충진 폐쇄 셀을 나타내고 나트륨이온을 함유한다)를 가지며, 밀도가 16 내지 90kg/m3인 개선된 스티렌중합체 발포체.
- 발포제로서 나트륨, 마그네슘, 아연, 암모늄 및 이들의 혼합물의 탄산염, 탄산염 수화물 및 중탄산염으로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 물질을 중합체 100부당 약 0.5 내지 20중량부 함유하는 열가소화된 중합체를 압출함으로써 제조되며, 알케닐 방향족 단량체 약 99 내지 70중량부와 아크릴산, 메타크릴산, 이타콘산 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되는 올레핀계 불포화산 약 1 내지 30중량부가 중합된, 중량 평균분자량이 약 100,000 내지 약 350,000g mol인 중합체로 구성된 합성수지 열가소성 본체(이 본체는 나트륨, 마그네슘, 아편, 암모늄 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 이온을 가지며 다수의 가스-충진 폐쇄셀을 나타낸다)를 가지며, 밀도가 약 8 내지 128kg/m3(0.5 내지 8ℓb/ft3)이고 셀 크기가 약 0.1 내지 5밀리미터인 개선된 알케닐 방향족 중합체 발포체.
- 제5항에 있어서, 중합체의 분자량이 약 150,000 내지 300,000g mol인 발포체.
- 제5항에 있어서, 산이 중합체의 중량을 기준으로 약 5내지 20중량부의 양으로 존재하는 발포체.
