Claims (6)
- 연속운행되는 밴드의 표면처리를 위한 것으로써, 특히 밴드가 수평으로 밀착배치된 가공도관을 종방향으로 통과하며, 가공도관을 에워싸고 덮개에 의해 폐쇄된 콘테이너의 내부에 배치되어 있으며, 가공도관에 유입 내지 유출면으로 운반되는 가공매개물을 콘테이너 내부로 이끌수 있는 밴드 표면처리장치에 있어서, 가공도관(4)의 콘테이너(2)의 밑면을 통해 이 위에 배치된 가공도관측벽면(5)와 사이덮개(6)을 4개의 면으로 구분하며, 가공도관측벽면(5)와 콘테이너 내부벽면 사이에서 유출홈통(15)가 형성되는데, 이 유출홈통에서 동시에 유입-유출면으로 가공도관에 뿜어들어가는 처리매체가 처리도관 벽면내의 중앙위로 제시된 개구를 이끌수 있으며, 유출홈통(15)이 집합공간(1)으로 접속되어 있고, 이 집합공간위에 가공매체가 별도로 배치된 저장용기에 이끌어질 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 밴드표면 처리장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 사이덮개(6)가 콘테이너덮개(5)옆에 고정되어 있고, 처리 도관 측벽면 위에 틈(7)이 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 밴드표면 처리장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 공지된 바와 같이 처리매체가 분사관대위로 뿜어들어가며, 이 분사관대의 유입면에 하나(9)와 유출면에 2개(10)가 제시되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 밴드표면 처리장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 밴드(1)가, 처리도관(4)의 바닥에 비스듬히 밴드 뻗는 방향으로 배치된 미끄럼-유동체돌위로(8) 운반되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밴드표면 처리장치.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 처리도관(4)의 내부에서 처리도관측벽면(5)옆에서 또는 가공도관측벽면(5)의 영역에서 밴드쪽으로 약간 경사진 처리유동체를 이끄는 운반돌이나 함석이(16) 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 밴드표면 처리장치.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 교란운동을 위한 자극체로써 밴드하부에 부가적으로 처리 매체를 위한 유입부가 제시되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 밴드표면 처리장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
