Claims (17)

  1. (a) ⅰ) 일반식
    식중, R1은 탄소수 1-8의 지방족 탄화수소기 또는 페닐기를 R2, R3및 R4는 각각 탄소수 1-4의 알콕시기 또는 수산기를 나타낸다.)로 나타내는 화합물(A) 70-99.999 몰 %와 일반식
    식중, R5는 수소원자 또는 메틸기를, R6, R7과 R8은 각각 수산기, 탄소수 1-4의 알콕시기 또는 탄소수 1-8의 지방족 탄화수소를 나타낸다. 단, R6, R7과 R8의 적어도 하나는 수산기 또는 알콕시기이다. n은 16의 정수를 나타낸다)로 나타내는 화합물(B) 30-0.001 몰 %를 반응시켜서 이루어지고 수산기와 알콕시기로부터 선택된 관능기를 1분자당 2개 이상 갖고, 수평균 분자량이 400-100,000인 폴리실록산게 거대단량체와 ⅱ) 말단에
    (식중, (A)는 상기 C-C 결합과 함께 지환식기를 형성한다.)을 갖는 에폭시기 함유 비닐단량체를 단량체 성분으로서 얻어지는 비닐공중합체와
    (b) 6배위의 유기 알루미늄킬레이트 화합물 및 또는 8 배위의 유기지르코늄킬레이트 화합물을 함유함을 특징으로하는 저온경화성 수지조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 화합물(A)가 메틸트리메특시실란, 페닐트리메톡시시살란, 부틸트리메톡시실란, 메틸트리에톡시실란, 메틀트리부톡시실란, 페틸트리실란올과 메틸트리실란올로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 화합물인 수지조성물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서 화합물(A)가 메틸트리메특시실란, 페닐트리메톡시시살란, 페닐리실란올로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 화합물인 수지 .
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 화합물(B)가 r-아크릴옥시에틸 트리에톡시실란, r-메타크릴옥시에틸트리에톡시실란, r-메타크릴옥시프로필트리메톡시실란, r-메나크릴옥시프로필트리에톡시실란, r-아크릴옥시프로필트리메톡시실란, r-메타크릴옥시부틸트리에톡시실란과 r-아크릴옥시프로필트리실란올로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 화합물인 수지조성물.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 화합물(B)가 r-아크릴옥시에틸 트리에톡시실란, r-메타크릴옥시에틸트리에톡시실란, r-메타크릴옥시프로필트리메톡시실란, r-메나크릴옥시프로필트리에톡시실란, r-메타크릴옥시프로필트리에톡시실란과 r-아크릴옥시프로필트리실란올로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 화합물인 수지조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리실록산게 거대단량체가 중합성 불포화결합을 1분자당 평균 0.2-1.9개 갖는것인 수지조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 에폭시기 함유 비닐단량체가 에폭시기 α,β-중합성 불포화결합과 카르보닐기의 각각을 적어도 1개 갖는 비닐단량체인 수지조성물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 비닐공중합체가 폴리실론산게 거대단량체 0.01-98 중량%와 에폭시기 함유 비닐 단량체 99.99-2 중량%로 이루어진 단량체로부터 얻어진 것인 수지조성물.
  9. 제1항에 있어서,비닐공중합체가 폴리실록산게 거대단량체 0.01-80 중량%, 에폭시기 함유 비닐단량체 1-90 중량%와 기타의 중합성 비닐단량체 98.99중량%이하로 이루어진 단량체로부터 얻어진 것인 수지 조성물.
  10. 제1항에 있어서 비닐공중합체의 수평균 분자량이 약 3,000-200,000인 수지 조성물.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 비닐 공중합체의 수평균 분자량이 약 10,000-80,000인 수지조성물.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 6 배위의 유기 알루미늄킬레이트 화합물이 지르코늄원자에 직접 결합하는 수산기와 알콕시기를 갖지 않는 것인 수지조성물.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 8 배위의 유기 알루미늄킬레이트 화합물이 지르코늄원자에 직접 결합하는 수산기와 알콕시기를 갖지 않는 것인 수지조성물.
  14. 제12항에 있어서, 6배위의 유기 알루미늄킬레이트 화합물이 알루미늄트리스(에틸아세토 아세테이트), 트리스(트리플루오로아세틸 아세토네이토)알루미늄, 트리수(헥사플루오로아세틸 아세토네이토) 알루미늄, 트리스(에틸아세트 아세토)알루미늄, 트리스(n-프로필아세트 아세테이토)알루미늄, 트리스(이소-프로필아세트 아세테이토)알루미늄, 트리스(n-부틸아세트 아세테이토)알루미늄, 트리스(살리실알데히데이도)알루미늄, 트리스(2-에톡시카르보닐페노레이토)알루니늄, 트리스(아세틸아세토네이토)알루미늄과 트리스(에틸아세토네이토)알루미늄의 적어도 1종인 수지 조성물.
  15. 제13항에 있어서, 8배위의 유기 지그코늄킬레이트 화합물이 테트라키스(옥실산)지르코늄, 테트라키스(아세틸아세톤)지르코늄, 테트라키스(n-프로필아세토 아세테이토)지르코늄, 테트라키스(에틸아세토 아세테이트)지르코늄과 테트라키스(살리실알데히데이도)지르코늄의 적어도 1종인 수지조성물.
  16. 제1항에 있어서, 비닐공중합체 100 중량부에 대하여 6배위의 유기 알루미늄킬레이트 화합물 및/또는 8배위의 유기지르코늄킬레이트 화합물 0.01-30 중량부를 함우하는 수지조성물.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 비닐공중합체 100 중량부에 대하여 6배위의 유기알루미늄킬레이트 화합물 및/또는 8배위의 유기지르코늄킬레이트 화합물 0.1-15 중량부를 함우하는 수지조성물.
